I ordered online - hashbrown chicken bowl with salsa and jelly , fruit parfait, vanilla iced coffee. Got home - zero hashbrown in bowl , BARELY fruit & too much yogurt , no salsa, disgusting iced coffee not vanilla - very disappointed to say the least, waste of my money!

I was desipointed, I love Chick-fil-A.
It was understaffed, unclean, fries were cold and no ketchup in condiment area,not to mention i ordered online and sat at a table and it took 10 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in there. Definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever seen. Niceville owner should be ashamed

Revised 3/25 have not been inside in years and don't recommend it as it took 10 minutes get almost cold fries. Definitely faster to go through the line on the outside

Waffle fries are still Great! This Niceville location has really long lines and to get Fries I tried to speed it up by ordering on the app but still had to wait in long drive thru line, go around the building complete circle just to get them. Wonder why they have curbside pick up parking if they are not using it?

I arrive to the drive thru with one car in front of me waiting. As the Chick-fil-A employee took their, order I proceeded next. As the employee was about to approach my window 2 car pull up in the middle of the street and he decide to tend them rather than me being the customer up. Like really? What gave the the right to be next like that? I won't play the race card but seriously won't be eating at this establishment anymore.

Super slow drive thru for normal people but the 3rd line seemed to breeze through like it had priority. Maybe they should be in normal line so the rest of us don’t need to suffer. Also seems unsafe for children walking though 4 moving lanes.

I hate to complain but they are always the slowest for mobile orders. Don’t bother ordering ahead on your app. They will wait on every car at the window before they get to the app orders. And they do not care.

I placed an order in the app to dine in a few minutes before noon and when I arrived there wasn't a single clean table to sit at. I can understand lunch rush, but there weren't many people dining in at that time. I tried to find napkins to clean a table myself but I couldn't easily find any without going through the line. Then when I received my food, my order was not made how I ordered it causing me to have to go through the line again. Every person I talked to was incredibly kind and helpful, but the service was not good and it was not setup in a way to serve the customers' very simple needs.
