I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, but Chick-fil-A in Niceville is the one place where I’ll actually make an exception. The food is just that good. Even if you aren't eating the chicken, their Mac & Cheese and Waffle Fries are 10/10, but honestly, the quality of their service is what keeps me coming back. They are incredibly fast and efficient, even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount (usually a free drink or a percentage off depending on the day), which is so helpful in this town. The staff is always polite—true to their 'my pleasure' reputation—and the facility is always clean. Whether you're a strict vegetarian or just a chicken fan, you can't go wrong here. Best fast food in Niceville, hands down

Place was absolutely filthy when we went last week. I remembered as I sit in the fort walton location there isn't a dirty table in here and the staff have smiles which is not the experience we had in niceville. Will most likely avoid this location.

Always love it but our visit to the beal parkway was not so good, they didn't even let us know that they were closing the door in minutes after we got there so we could get the food to go so we just was rushed out and didn't get to refill the sweet tea or anything else 💯 the situation worsen when I start checking the orders and I really was mad about the missing food and drinks that I paid for but didn't get, but I don't know what reason exactly I had such an issue with the order but I haven't been back yet so if I ever do i will be more careful to get everything to exactly how it should be before you get rid of me

This is a special treat for my 2 year old son.
I love to hear him say what he wants and he gets excited wanting in the drive thru. I enjoy that the food is pretty good taste wise for fast food and that the drive thru is always fast no matter how busy they are.
