Ordered confetti cake blizzard , given cotton candy. Didn’t read back my order at the speaker or I obviously would have caught the error. Go check receipt and it says cotton candy . What a joke after they are closed too and I can’t go back ! Waste of $10 !

Honey BBQ and bacon burger and onion rings were great, malt a pleasant treat. If you still remember the days of when dq was popular, do yourself a favor and visit one of the last few remaining dq's across the country. You might be surprised.

We got icecream, standard experience but there was one employee who eas clearly slacking and quite a bit off task, nearly handed out food wrong 3 times in our shirt time there, purely due to being engrossed in time wasting things. He was nice though.

This place is in the dumps. They hire a bunch of kids who clown around all day. They hang up on you. When I asked the gentleman to turn my blizzard upside down he not only did it, but shook it side to side like a child, in front of the entire restaurant. They need new management or owners if that's the owner. They don't acknowledge a mistake and even if you're trying to be like hey stuff happens the guy is a straight jerk! Kids will cut people off on the drive through line just to get to the window and play around with those people. These owners should go to the dairy Queen in the next town over and take some tips. I have this place chance after chance but it's just gone to crap. Keep driving by. Go to Danny's Fried Chicken. Just keep driving like this place is out of business because you're going to get milk and cold food.

Went by for a couple of Blizzards and got a couple of near milkshakes - super melted ice cream, as if the machine isn't making them cold enough. This happened about a month ago, as well, but figured it was a one off, so didn't want to leave a review over that.
If they had done the usual DQ way of holding it upside down, no doubt they would've been cleaning them up off the floor.
Sad that its not up to DQ standards.

Asked for Teacher/ Medical Professional free small blizzard and was charged. When I got my strawberry cheesecake blizzard I could drink it with how melted it was.

Ordered a blizzard and got a milkshake. .. When I went to the counter to get it fixed, the guy behind the counter forcefully threw it in the garbage and gave an excuse that it was like that because they were so busy… there was no one in line and the parking lot was empty. Can’t believe I paid $8 for a blizzard and my customer service was rude. This used to be a nice place to go.. not anymore

Fries & onions the taste. Was terrible like if they kept using the same oil. Banana spilt hardly no syrup. Don't waste money or place your health in jeopardy 🤢.

"Oh, at this Dairy Queen, we don't participate in that...we don't do the flipping thing here."

Full story: I decided to try the New York Cheesecake Blizzard® but got a soupy, half-melted cup of gooey dairy at the drive-through window. Even worse, they didn't flip it before handing it to me, likely because half of it would have been on the ground. I drove around, parked, and went inside.

At the counter, I showed the shake to an older gentleman who was apparently a manager and politely expressed my dissatisfaction. Initially defensive, he agreed to replace my shake and strode off, chiding the sluggish and visibly annoyed staff. Upon returning, he, too, handed the shake to me unflipped. It was barely better than the first.

Again, I pointed out the soupy consistency, but he blamed it on the syrup and other extra ingredients in the New York Cheesecake Blizzard®. Not satisfied, I inquired why neither he nor the employee at the window had flipped my shake. He looked at me and said, "Oh, at this Dairy Queen, we don't participate in that...we don't do the flipping thing here."

Astonished and perturbed, I took my shake and walked out without another word. In all fairness, corporate does not mandate flipping Blizzards, and locations can choose to opt out. That said, I have since chosen not to participate in eating at this Dairy Queen.

I had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen thanks to sweet curly haired girl forgot her name! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Not only did she handle everything with a smile, but she also made the atmosphere feel welcoming and enjoyable. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and I really appreciate the outstanding service. Highly recommend coming here.
