Full story: I decided to try the New York Cheesecake Blizzard® but got a soupy, half-melted cup of gooey dairy at the drive-through window. Even worse, they didn't flip it before handing it to me, likely because half of it would have been on the ground. I drove around, parked, and went inside.

At the counter, I showed the shake to an older gentleman who was apparently a manager and politely expressed my dissatisfaction. Initially defensive, he agreed to replace my shake and strode off, chiding the sluggish and visibly annoyed staff. Upon returning, he, too, handed the shake to me unflipped. It was barely better than the first.

Again, I pointed out the soupy consistency, but he blamed it on the syrup and other extra ingredients in the New York Cheesecake Blizzard®. Not satisfied, I inquired why neither he nor the employee at the window had flipped my shake. He looked at me and said, "Oh, at this Dairy Queen, we don't participate in that...we don't do the flipping thing here."

Astonished and perturbed, I took my shake and walked out without another word. In all fairness, corporate does not mandate flipping Blizzards, and locations can choose to opt out. That said, I have since chosen not to participate in eating at this Dairy Queen.

Got the marshmallow filled blizzard, but the marshmallow was not in the center. I don’t know what I’m paying extra money for since I wanted the marshmallow how it’s shown.

I had an M&M Blizzard. It is ice cream. Cant go wrong! I will be back again.

Service was horrible. Drive thru time horrible. Really no excuse. I will never waste my time at this restaurant if they can't improve drive through time

Stopped by on our way through town. The bit of food we had was amazing. Most Dairy Queen’s have become SO stingy with blizzard fillings…these guys, the BEST blizzards we’ve had in about 20 years. And fries were fresh and kinda even crispy…and didn’t taste like old oil. The staff were all so nice, even playful with my kids, Boston’s sweet and understanding about having a picky indecisive 7 year old.

Food came out pretty quick, the rugs in the dining room looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in days. I had to repeat my order to the man at the counter (who was definitely high) almost 4 times before he got it right, and he still rung us up for the wrong blizzard. Front counter smelled like weed. When they “fixed” the blizzard they threw away the first one and we still ended up with the wrong one. This is NOT a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. The rest of the food was fine.

Fries were great, and food came out extremely quick. They messed up my blizzard twice. Asked for chocolate chip cookie dough and got chocolate chip twice. Guy who took the order needed everything repeated 3-5 times and still had things incorrect. Took about 10 minutes to order 2 meals with zero line.

Got a blizzard from here, it was like a soup. Called and the manager got really rude with me, said he would remake it but cant gurantee its not ganna be soup again. Lol i thought the whole point was you could flip it over. Dont want a refund or remade just leaving bad review cause manager got smart and rude.
