Local here and extremely disappointed.
Employees were not friendly, not apologetic when the sub bread was burnt.
Had them remake it and then the meat was cold, not warm but almost freezing. Plus, bread was still almost burnt.
Horrible quality and service, would not recommend.
Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. I placed a curbside order through the app at 5:58pm for pick up at 6:10pm.
I arrived at the store at 6:14pm and called the number on the window to let them know I arrived. I stated my name and car make/model and that I had a curbside order. The young lady that answered said ok and hung up. I then waited in my car for my order. After 20 minutes I called back. At 6:34pm I called back and said that I had been waiting on my curbside order.
