Very nice small place, nothing fancy but friendly staff, good food. I had the shrimp et with basmati rice. If you are looking for traditional cajun this isn't the place, they have their own twist on things and it was good. Bread was great and the salad was fresh and crisp. I heard other customers saying the burgers and sandwiches were excellent. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area .

I've always lived this place, the prices are great and the food is amazing. Best crawfish bisque you'll ever have! The seafood, chicken, produce here is extremely fresh as well.
Great service from super friendly staff! They have always been so welcoming and attentive. Our favorite menu item is the Chicken Beauregard...spectacular flavor profile...it's a must try. We always save room for an order of beignets which are so good with the accompanying rum sauce. They are ideal alongside a cup of the Bourbon Street coffee. A truly wonderful dining experience! We always look forward to our next visit.

Waited over an hour for two po boys, started off with crawfish beignets that were unimpressive being practically raw dough. Service was good but after waiting over an hour and still no food I was ready to just leave. As our server finally approached with food in hand I had her box it up and told her how ridiculous it was having to wait that long. Her only response was her apologies and we were the first table to receive food. Not sure how that had anything to do with slow food but I guess better not be the first table in this place. Such great reviews and we were thoroughly disappointed.

Brought my picky stepdaughter who asked "what are grits?" I was like fuggettaboutit, if you've never had them, you won't like them. Of course, she defiantly ordered the shrimp and grits anyway AND she ate most of my stuffed beignets AND she consumed about 6 regular beignets. My husband and I were over the moon for the dishes we ordered and sufficiently stuffed and happy, but the fact that this teenage girl completely pigged out just goes to show the magic that goes on in that kitchen. NOMS!!
