This place is BOMB. Me and my boyfriends new favorite go to when we want some ice cream. I never thought that flavored ice and ice cream would work so well together.

Had Jeremiah's Italian Ice yesterday and it was AWESOME! Wife had the watermelon flavor and I had the black raspberry; full of flavor on both. We'll be back - probably more often than we should!!!

2 employees staffed, both were kind and knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm for their job. Prices are on par with comparable businesses, but nothing beats the vibe of Jeremiah’s. Store was open and welcoming on the inside, although the lock box on the door handle and hard-to-see “open” sign makes the store appear closed from the outside.

The product was unfortunately below average for Jeremiah’s. This location does need some improvement. On my visit at 5:20, Cookie Butter was not properly prepared and had an unpleasantly high amount of ice chunks and flakes. Cookies and Cream also seemed to be not properly prepared with a rather icy composition. Scoop Frog was as good as it gets when not being moved through quickly, so no complaints with it.

When it comes to product, the biggest complaint would be from Bahama Freeze. It was clearly not made according to the standards set by Jeremiah’s. All of the coconut cream was clumped into particles which were dispersed throughout the ice. Although the flavor was acceptable, the consistency was far from what is expected from authentic Italian Ice.

This Franchise location has plenty of room for growth, especially with good marketing, but choosing to go against the standards set by corporate will generally not help a location prosper. Specifically, selling a poor product will not benefit this location in the long run. Consistency is key!

First time going there and the staff was soo nice. Took the time to explain the menu for us. I got Italian ice and girls got one of their creations. Sooo good. Will def go back.
