Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a go-to spot if you want something fast, healthy, and tasty. We have ordered from this location several times for pick-up while visiting family in Valparaiso. What I think is great about Jersey Mikes is the fact that it fits several diet preferences at the same time. Our family includes vegans, vegetarians, and full-on carnivores so it is great to have a place we can all visit and get something fast, well-made, and tasty without the hang-ups of most fast food establishments.

This Jersey Mike’s stays super busy, but the staff does a great job keeping up with both online and walk-in orders. Even with the rush, they’re always polite and never rude.

They were nice to the new guy, that was cute to see. Sandwich was soggy, didnt know I had to ask to get it toasted. They were fast.

Very good sub shop. Every time I've went has been great and the sandwiches are loaded and service is on point.

Got the skimpiest Philly Cheesesteak. Asked for extra onions got NO onions. Hardly any meat…

Jersey Mike's has the best subs, in my opinion, hands down! They slice the meat fresh for each cold cut sandwich. The Philly cheesesteak subs are the best outside of Center City Philadelphia. My family has been eating Jersey Mike's for over 20 years now. We can always count on friendly service and good quality!

Just went here and they were upset that I even dared to walk in. I ordered and tipped and didn't even get the option to put anything on my sandwich because they didn't want to stock the lettuce, tomatoes, or anything else. The younger guy literally went to the side area and put his hands over his face and made a complete pre-teen meltdown at the thought of serving guests while open. Keep in mind there are 3-4 customers here at 7pm. What a disgrace

Usually the service is great but don't order online and bring the sandwich back when it is missing meat and has the wrong topping on it. Employee mumbled some smart remark under his breath when I returned to the store. Instead of remaking my #9 he put a few slices on the sub and wrapped it back up with the incorrect toppingstill on the sub. I just left after that. $17in the trash. Do better

They need to learn how to make subs. If you’re charging $18 for a large sub the proper amount of meat and cheese needs to be on the sub and weighed on the scale per Jersey Mikes general rule of thumb. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. Can go to subway and get double meat for this cost. Bread seemed stale, employees were teenagers and rude. Not one adult in the restaurant.
