Service is unacceptable, ordered some food, was told 18 minutes to make which was fine. Waited in line for over 10 minutes and went to pay was told it would be 22 minutes. Which means they never dropped what I ordered. Very disappointed in this KFC in Niceville. Highly recommend ypu avoid it
After forty minutes of waiting they just stole my money. Never got my food. Currently at Burger King up the road ordering food out $18. Update: manager refunded my money and gave me the food (which I just disposed of at home), but the gesture was appreciated. I will not be returning to this location. I think everybody just needs trained better or they need to shut this location down. Everybody in line waited 20-30 minutes each at least.

My advice. Don't go to this one. They are out of everything. Guess they aren't ordering what they need for supplies. I didn't even get what I ordered so they give me an extra piece of chicken trying to appease me. That doesn't cut it. I will never go there again. In fact, I may never go to KFC again. You want good fried chicken, go to PUBLIX.
