I don’t care what time of the day I come they never and I mean never have anything hot and ready

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza restaurant. I placed my order at 6:05 p.m. I arrived at the store at 6:25 p.m. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I finally went inside at 6:55 p.m. They told me that my order wasn’t ready but was in the oven. When I requested a refund so that I wouldn’t have to continue to wait, I was denied a refund since the pizza was already in the oven. I did not receive my pizza until 7:20 p.m., 1 hour & 15 minutes after placing the order. When I got it home, the pizza wasn’t even fully cooked & had to be placed in the convection oven. I utilize this location because it is convenient, but I will go to any other pizza restaurant in the area before I return to the Bluewater Bay Little Caesar’s. Avoid this location at all costs; hopefully after it goes out of business, the community can get a new establishment with acceptable customer service.

Horrible place they burnt the heck out of our pizza stuck it in the box and never said a word got home to a pizza we couldnt eat I will never go back

Ordered online but when I arrived for pick up they said they were out of Italian sausage so had to reorder and wait. Next visit a few weeks later there was so much pizza sauce poured on it was just almost unedible and overpowering. Previous visits were good I guess it depends who is working. The kid working this last time also told me I couldn't pick it up using my name I had to know my online order # which I had to go back to my car to get and luckily I had. An ID I guess won't suffice.

I went to the one in niceville fla but it's the last time we ordered two stuffed crust pizzas online and when I got there to pick them up I was told they didn't have any stuffed crust ours hadn't even been started they gave us two that were ready we got them home they looked as old as dirt it's self it was stuck to the box so bad it fell apart trying to get it out of the box it was the worse pizza I have ever had people plz don't waste your money or time to go there

Ended up getting my food 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. It told me on the app it would be ready for pickup in the drive through at 4:50pm. Was told at 4:50 when I arrived that it was not ready and to please park in spot #2, that it would be brought out to me when it was ready.

In the meantime, over a dozen customers came and went with their food in the drive through and walk in which included 4 door dash drivers. One of the orders was brought out to someone who pulled into spot #1 AFTER me. It was brought out by the same girl and she looked right at me.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to get out of the car and check on my order.

It was sitting in the warmer, just waiting. She was not waiting on anyone either. Just 2 doordash drivers standing there waiting. When I called her out on it just sitting there, she acted like it just came out. To which I responded, "Then why didn't you just bring it to me?"

She forgot.

So moral of the story. If you arrive at your allotted time and they tell you to move... DON'T!!!

If I had stayed there till my food was ready, I would have had it and been on my way.

I never received notice my pizza was ready. When I finally got home with my pizza and crazy bread the bread was barely cooked with No butter or Parmesan JUST PLAIN. pizza did not have pepperoni on all of it.

I like little caesars I've ordered here alot but unfortunately their quality has gone way down. I will no longer be eating here. I ordered 2 orders of the peperoni crazy Puffs and they were made completely wrong n tasted horrible. I called n talked to the shift lead Jay who told me it was his shift lead in training who did it and they'd replace my order any time. Well I called to get a replacement order and I was told I would have to wait tell Jay was working. Well then Jay no longer worked there. Now I ordered the deep dish lunch combo and it is under cooked. So upsetting.

I placed an order at the window, and was told to wait in a parking spot. When I asked for the receipt, the guy at the window was very rude about it. I ordered the slices and sticks pizza, but they didn't season the sticks side, so it was a half pepperoni half cheese. It was very poorly cut, and I had to recut it when i got home. There wasn't one straight cut on that "pizza". I didn't know what bland pizza crust tasted like til I had that. They also forgot my sauce. The girl who delivered the pizza to my car was very nice about it. And to top it off, the code I recieved on my receipt for call of duty black ops 6, had already been redeemed..
The wait wasn't terrible, in the past they have completely forgotten to bring the food out.

Pizzas arrived stone cold despite being an 8min drive, and being warned they might be 'hot' on delivery. Very disappointing as we had friends visiting.

The young man running food and taking orders was so kind, helpful and just great.

The person making pizzas.....A JERK. A smart mouth, self absorbed jerk.

It is absolutely the worst pizza, wings, and icb I have ever gotten. I never got an email or push notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up after the time to make sure it was ready. I waited a few minutes for someone to come to the window. When I got home I opened the box to see grainy crust with a little sauce, very little cheese, burnt (extra crispy) pepperoni. The bottom showed very poor quality dough. It tasted grainy. Like it had tons of cornmeal in it. It was cold, too. I opened the ICB, It appeared to be warmed over, burnt, dry. and was cold. The garlic butter was ice cold. The chicken wings were very poor quality and dry. I had an issue the last time I went. I called and complained about it and the person on the other end was arguementive. I never did get reimbursed that time. I wasn't going to make another trip up there to get another meal. I spent a lot of money. They sure have gone down the tubes. Just like they did many years ago before they went defunct. It doesn't even seem like a clean place. I am very upset. I do not recommend them. My daughter is moving here and my son-in-law loves the ICB. I will tell them not to go there. I used to be able to get a decent pizza here for a reasonable price.
