I just witnessed a guy telling the female employee to put the ice cream cone back inside the machine after it’s already been made and they went around to the play room to see who ordered it but nobody claimed it… all the germs that took place and then seeing them put it back in the machine that’s a big No !!! Some of them need to be retrained. Service is slow even when there is no line… in the lobby nor the drive thru. I was going to order ice cream but nvm on that.

They're the only McDonald's that charges a $1.29 for their senior drinks which is regular price other places charge 79 cents so I guess I'll look for someplace else that charges what they're supposed to charge, I know it's a little bit but it's the principle of it they have been charging me $0.79 the next thing I knew it was up to $1.29

Friendly service, indoor playground is always nice for the kids. Overall pretty clean and food seemed somewhat better than other McDonald's.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and small fries at this McDonalds today. When I got home, I found the QPC to be cold , dry with both the burger and bun burned. The fries were no better. They were cold, dry and tasted like a wood pencil.
While a McDonald s manager refunded my cost for the QPC and fries, he went out of his way to avoid addressing how food this bad could be sold to the customers.
These McDonalds managers are responsible for deliberately allowing this bad food to be sold to the public instead of being thrown away. As such I would caution everyone to think twice before buying any food from this McDonalds.

Service continues to decline. Will stop going to this location after today. Saw a customer walk out due to not getting service at the front desk. Takes 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. I stopped going to Taco Bell due to lousy service. The one on John Sims Highway doesn't have issues.

Worst McDonald’s around has the audacity to raise their prices. Guess the greedy owner needed to stuff his pockets even more. Terrible cold food, always messing up orders. Done eating here. Tough times for everyone right now and these greedy people decide to raise prices. Not to mention the E. coli breakout McDonald’s just had.

Terribly slow service. I waited as all the cars that pulled in behind me were served. I didn't end up getting my meal because they made me wait so long that I was about to miss my appointment. The only reason I stopped here was to get fast food, not wait for them to start cooking from scratch. I waited over 15 minutes and when I asked the young man that was bringing food out to the cars where my food was, he said I don't know man I don't cook the food I just bring it out. I had to leave and didn't get my food.
