This is my favorite McDonald’s!! The staff here (especially Tasha and Mary!!) are always polite and friendly..and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious! Big thanks to the crew and the new owners..keep it up!

When we went, I believe they were having a hard time that day because we waited in the drive thru for a long time, and it never moved. Lots of cars just started leaving the drive thru. We went in after a bit, and they looked like they were struggling in there. The food was good though.

Waited almost 30 minutes for “fresh” chicken, and was served a big piece of fried cartilage and fat , couldn’t even bite into the sandwich was like a rubber band. Last time I ever come through there. Disgusting ? worst experience I’ve ever had with this McDonald’s.

I don’t usually do reviews but this needs to be said as this review is a result of multiple bad experiences.. I went today, ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches and a big breakfast w/ hotcakes off the mobile app through drive thru. They made us pull up and wait over 15 mins then brought food out that was not wrapped just kinda in the bag and my son’s chicken in his chicken McGriddle was HARD and all the food was cold. I do believe they made the food threw it in the bag and forgot we were waiting. My husbands big breakfast was missing the biscuit and hash brown. The last time I came I ordered two McMuffins in drive thru on the app. When I got to the window the lady handed me a drink and tried to hand me a huge bag and I told her that wasn’t my order bc I didn’t order a drink she asked what my order was.. I told her and she asked her mgr who proceeded to tell me I didn’t order that and I was lying and she’s not giving me anything bc she knows for a fact they didn’t have an order for 2 McMuffins.i looked at her in pure disbelief and handed her my receipt that proved I had in fact ordered and paid for that.. after this incident happened I didn’t come back for over a month and now I’ll just go somewhere else.

I was just there today I got my 2 double cheeseburgers and I asked for extra onions on both which I didn't get and also the rapper the burger that was in was greasy and also I got my drink right away but it took too long to get my food in the drive thru.
Some kind of freak works in there who hangs up on you, doesn’t pick up the phone after, and when he does, he says: “Please stop calling this number!” and then hangs up — all I was trying to find out was what Happy Meal toy number they were selling on that day since I am trying to collect them all (Crash Bandicoot Toys), and dude said they are too busy to check it for me. EXCUSE ME?! I ain’t making a trip to Niceville only to find out that I already have that toy and I said I had no trouble waiting, instead, they would just keep hanging up on me every time I’d try to call them back. So rude and unprofessional — you’re better off going to one of dozens of other McDonald’s in this area if you don’t want your experience to be ruined like mine just did.

Every morning I drive a crane truck into these McDonald's with my crew and let me tell you for some odd reason we all agree that Bluewater McDonald's just tastes better and is cooked better. We have been too Crestview Niceville freeport and Bluewater countless times and Bluewater just wins hands down.The worst tasting is Niceville and the second is fort walton off Lewis turner. And fort walton always has frappe machine down.So you want the best go to Bluewater. Give them girls amd guys a raise they deserve it.
