Bad food. I usually don't expect 5-star service from fast food, but the Panda Express in Niceville is on a different level of bad. The staff here act like they couldn’t care less about being at work. They are super lazy and act like you’re bothering them just by trying to order. Every question I asked was met with a rude, one-word answer, like I was supposed to already know exactly what they had ready or how the menu worked. No greeting, no 'thank you,' just total attitude. It’s frustrating because the food is usually decent, but the atmosphere they create with their 'don't care' energy makes it not worth the visit. There are way too many other good spots in Niceville to deal with this kind of treatment. Management needs to seriously retrain this crew or hire people who actually want to work. Avoid this location if you don't want to deal with a bunch of attitude while getting your lunch.
