I tried the new ham croissant. It was outstanding! It was the perfect combination of flavor, texture, and balance of the sauce. It is a must have again sandwich as it's a limited time menu item. I also enjoyed the hot Chai tea. I ate outside as it was a nice morning. A very pleasant start to the day.

They are still using RED DYE! I can't believe they put it in their iced tea, it serves no purpose, the tea isn't even red, and is absolutely disgusting. Besides all the bread full of sugar, they even poison the tea. Definitely misleading as they pretend to have health options. Do better Panera!

We always stop by here after leaving the orthodontist. The food is great. Service is good. I have no complaints! They keep it clean, bathrooms especially. I'm happy with my experiences here. Location is the only downfall to me, but that isn't terrible, and isn't within the staffs' control so it doesn't factor into my rating.

I want to go e a great shout out to some beautiful people working for you. Isabella was so kinda and warm on her greating as well as when they were making my order at the end of the night was kind enough to help me pick another soup that my Pappy would enjoy.Lizzy offered some great choices and even help accommodate warming my croissants. As well as Elle helping pack my order up. They were all some incredible customers service as well as joyful sweet young women. Thank on making a Dinner experience. Lady are everything to the tee of Greatness. You kindness really meant the world to me.

Ordered large soup on app. When we picked it up at drive through window, the soup lid wasn't on and it had a soup spoon in the bowl. As we drove off, we noticed soup leaking through bottom of paper bag. We parked and found the bag full of soup. Had to immediately take car to car wash and car still smells like broth and has stains. Panera really needs to train their folks and provide a water proof bag or soup carrier, especially for how much they charge.

My food was good, but hazelnut coffee wasn’t hot. They ran out of honey for tea, when I asked for replenishing it, the staff said we might be out…later she did bring a new bottle and change hazelnut coffee, but I’ve already finished my meal.
