That was the most confusing visit to a Starbucks I've ever made. They said they don't have what I was asking for so I asked for something else said they don't have that either and then did not offer me a suggestion as an alternative.

Incompetent staff, they can’t even make the drinks on their own menu. I ordered the pecan oat milk cortado and they gave me a poorly made latte instead (and charged me for it- latte is more expensive than the cortado). It tasted burnt and was so disgusting I threw it out.

Consistency matters but I realize it's hard when it'sso busy. I'm always very specific when ordering but it doesn't seem to carry over to the person making the drink even though there's a sticker on my cup.

Asked and paid for Grande Coffe in my 20oz yeti cup. Machine pours now for employee I’m told but ripping you off or they don’t know how to operate.Cup with so called Grande before cream and cup at home with 16oz of water. Tired of being ripped off.

This is the worst location in the 80 mile radius. Listen to this: they don't take orders inside during peak hours anymore! You have to do online order which waiting time always reads 20+ min, or go through drive thru. Who's running this pos?

With peace and love to all workers, this is the second time in the past week I have ordered a double chocolate chip frap and recieved a chocolate cookie crumble frap instead. I try to say the name clearly, and I'll probably start ordering online to prevent this from happening again. Not sure how else to solve this problem, the names are just too similar but that's probably a corporate decision. The drink is good, just not what I ordered.

Honestly, I don’t even know who to blame for this because the employees were grinding (literally and metaphorically) in here. Is it managements fault for not having enough employees to support the workload? Is it Starbucks fault for setting up an online ordering system without the internal infrastructure to support it? Is it societies fault for demanding more and more faster and faster at the expense of service and employee health? Not sure. But 25 minutes to walk inside and get just a basic coffee with cream is insane. And for them to get the order wrong on top of it all.
The absolute slowest drive-thru service of any food & drink service in Niceville.
