This is the worst location in the 80 mile radius. Listen to this: they don't take orders inside during peak hours anymore! You have to do online order which waiting time always reads 20+ min, or go through drive thru. Who's running this pos?

With peace and love to all workers, this is the second time in the past week I have ordered a double chocolate chip frap and recieved a chocolate cookie crumble frap instead. I try to say the name clearly, and I'll probably start ordering online to prevent this from happening again. Not sure how else to solve this problem, the names are just too similar but that's probably a corporate decision. The drink is good, just not what I ordered.

Honestly, I don’t even know who to blame for this because the employees were grinding (literally and metaphorically) in here. Is it managements fault for not having enough employees to support the workload? Is it Starbucks fault for setting up an online ordering system without the internal infrastructure to support it? Is it societies fault for demanding more and more faster and faster at the expense of service and employee health? Not sure. But 25 minutes to walk inside and get just a basic coffee with cream is insane. And for them to get the order wrong on top of it all.

They have been out of Christmas blend coffee and sometimes they say they can't make chestnut praline because they don't have the right syrup.
Also, they close early sometimes at 11a sometimes at 12pm

Very limited hours of operation. Closes nightly at 8:30 PM. Service is slow inside, but it seems brisk for window services. My grande quad was 80% milk, and I would have sworn it was only a double. If it weren't for the matter that we were traveling and about five miles from the store, I would have returned and had it made fresh.

I understand food is prepped in order of receipt, but I guarantee drive thru is prioritized over any in-store order. I asked for a plain bagel. That's it's.. plain bagel. It's my own stupid fault choosing to wait as long as I did...even after asking for it and being told it's coming. Finally left without it. Couldn't wait due to appointment. I.WILL.NEVER.ORDER.IN STORE.AGAIN!

This is one of the SLOWEST starbucks. Drive through or going inside. Don't be running late and think you can hit the drive through.

Don't expect to get your drink in a reasonable amount of time. This Starbucks does Not make drinks at a speed or shift their workforce focus on making drinks with the influx of orders.
