Online ordering is garbage AND they won’t call you. If they haven’t updated the app with what they are out of, you just get what they have. I had already paid online and instead of someone calling me to tell me they were out of half the ingredients, they just threw something together and called it a day. Absolute joke.
Edited because not only did they mess up the sandwich, they were out of sweet tea, so I ended up getting the lemonade. After taking the lid off was greeted with a couple pieces of mold from their ice machine.

Only gets two stars because the service was decent. Otherwise what a rat trap. Dirty. Out of all the sodas and they don’t tell you until after checkout. Expected more in Niceville. Most restaurants local are pretty good. Not this one…..

The worst place on the planet.
It was the worst meal I have had at a subway. The bread was hard, they didn't have the meat I wanted. They had no tea sweet or non and there fountain drinks had no carbines flat on every drink. Been going to subway for 40 years but have stopped. Now I goto Jersey Mike , the bread is fresh and cut and made fresh every time.

My recent visit to Subway was incredibly disappointing. The experience was marred by several issues:
Wilted Lettuce: The lettuce in the sandwiches looked old and unappetizing.
Sauce Shortage: They were out of every commonly used sauce, leaving limited options for flavor.
No Ice: The ice machine was empty, making it impossible to enjoy a cold drink.
Clogged Drain: The soda machine's drain was clogged, resulting in a bucket being used to catch the overflow of possibly melted ice and spilled soda—unsanitary and unprofessional.
No Tea: They were out of tea, which is a staple beverage for many customers.
Soda Shortage: Major brands of soda were unavailable.
Missing Menu Items: They had no meatballs and no provolone cheese, two popular choices for sandwiches.
Cleanliness Issues: The floors and tables were filthy, which is unacceptable for a food establishment.
Overall, the state of this Subway was appalling, and I won't be returning. It needs significant improvements in both stock management and cleanliness.

Super hot inside. Ordered online and stood in a long line to discover my sandwich was beside the register rather than the designated pickup rack. It would have been rude to walk to the front of the line to ask about it since I didn’t see it. Employees acted as if I should have known where it was next to the register instead of on the rack/shelf. It was my first time to visit that location. The sandwich was hella good though.

The guy making our food didn’t ask us anything barely said a word to me and my family ( family of four )
He toasted my wife’s food even though she said not to he rushed me on my mine he yelled for the other men in the back who were being on their phones not paying attention and then told us we couldn’t have any fountain drinks even tea come to find out we could have had tea and it was hot like the heater was on . Anyway the boys were rude and poor customer service

This place didn’t go down hill it fell down one. Food took a long time, I feel bad for the people working here it seems like they’re very young and inexperienced, it’s not their fault they weren’t properly trained

Came in with my coworker, the gentleman behind the counter had 4 or 5 online/mobile orders that he was working on. About 5 minutes passed before he took my coworkers order. After jumping back and forth between the online orders, he finally completes my coworkers order, yet the online orders were not completed. 2 customers show up to pick up online orders, finally after about 10 - 15 minutes had passed since we arrived he takes my order and completes it. A female employee was also present, but the entire time she was in the back doing who knows what. She came out to the front 4 or 5 times while the online orders were piling up and while my coworker and I were present, but didn't offer to assist. It wasn't until after we sat down to eat and 2 or 3 more customers entered that she finally came out to assist with taking orders.

We were the only 2 customers in the store and it still took more than 10 minutes before someone started making our order. Store was ridiculously not busy and it took forever to get our sandwich’s made. Two employees on shift and one just seemed to really not be doing anything and the other has zero sense of urgency to help customers.
