else. I usually like Subway for a quick fix but this Subway in Niceville is a total wreck. The whole place felt dirty—tables weren't wiped down and the floor was sticky. It’s definitely not the 'fresh' vibe they advertise.
To make it worse, they were out of almost everything. No specific breads, half the sodas were out in the fountain, and the staff seemed like they couldn't care less. I stood there waiting for like 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was in the store, and they weren't even that busy! The sandwich was basically just a pile of messy lettuce with barely any meat. It’s a shame because most spots in Niceville are actually pretty good, but this one is a skip. Don't waste your time or money here lo

Ordered online, they didn’t have it and couldn’t find the order because it was voided. Waited in line and ordered- 2 subs and a salad. Got told their toaster was out. Asked for two sweet teas, they didn’t have any other than bottled. Took forever to make the food, no urgency whatsoever. No apologies. I don’t know what’s going on, but wow what a terrible experience. They need corporate to fix the online issue and get more people in there or something.

This Subway is clean and the food is fresh. Workers were constantly cleaning and clearing when not serving customers. They actually piled on the veggies unlike most Subways where they give you two to three slices of cucumber! I'll be returning, thank you!

Online ordering is garbage AND they won’t call you. If they haven’t updated the app with what they are out of, you just get what they have. I had already paid online and instead of someone calling me to tell me they were out of half the ingredients, they just threw something together and called it a day. Absolute joke.

Edited because not only did they mess up the sandwich, they were out of sweet tea, so I ended up getting the lemonade. After taking the lid off was greeted with a couple pieces of mold from their ice machine.

Only gets two stars because the service was decent. Otherwise what a rat trap. Dirty. Out of all the sodas and they don’t tell you until after checkout. Expected more in Niceville. Most restaurants local are pretty good. Not this one…..

The worst place on the planet.

It was the worst meal I have had at a subway. The bread was hard, they didn't have the meat I wanted. They had no tea sweet or non and there fountain drinks had no carbines flat on every drink. Been going to subway for 40 years but have stopped. Now I goto Jersey Mike , the bread is fresh and cut and made fresh every time.

My recent visit to Subway was incredibly disappointing. The experience was marred by several issues:

Wilted Lettuce: The lettuce in the sandwiches looked old and unappetizing.
Sauce Shortage: They were out of every commonly used sauce, leaving limited options for flavor.
No Ice: The ice machine was empty, making it impossible to enjoy a cold drink.
Clogged Drain: The soda machine's drain was clogged, resulting in a bucket being used to catch the overflow of possibly melted ice and spilled soda—unsanitary and unprofessional.
No Tea: They were out of tea, which is a staple beverage for many customers.
Soda Shortage: Major brands of soda were unavailable.
Missing Menu Items: They had no meatballs and no provolone cheese, two popular choices for sandwiches.
Cleanliness Issues: The floors and tables were filthy, which is unacceptable for a food establishment.

Overall, the state of this Subway was appalling, and I won't be returning. It needs significant improvements in both stock management and cleanliness.
