Came in with my coworker, the gentleman behind the counter had 4 or 5 online/mobile orders that he was working on. About 5 minutes passed before he took my coworkers order. After jumping back and forth between the online orders, he finally completes my coworkers order, yet the online orders were not completed. 2 customers show up to pick up online orders, finally after about 10 - 15 minutes had passed since we arrived he takes my order and completes it. A female employee was also present, but the entire time she was in the back doing who knows what. She came out to the front 4 or 5 times while the online orders were piling up and while my coworker and I were present, but didn't offer to assist. It wasn't until after we sat down to eat and 2 or 3 more customers entered that she finally came out to assist with taking orders.

We were the only 2 customers in the store and it still took more than 10 minutes before someone started making our order. Store was ridiculously not busy and it took forever to get our sandwich’s made. Two employees on shift and one just seemed to really not be doing anything and the other has zero sense of urgency to help customers.

REPOSTING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THEY DELETED IT.Do not place a mobile order here and expect to recieve a refund if they do not have the items to make it.I placed a mobile order on 04/02/2024.The order was marked as ready and I went to pick it up. Upon arriving, I was told that they were out of lettuce and spinach for the Tuna Salad and therefore they could not make it. I said "Fine" and they started making the rest of the order.After about 15 minutes, the employee at the counter (the same one who informed me of the lettuce situation) told me my order was ready and offered me a free cookie for the wait. I said, "No thanks, I just need a refund for the Tuna Salad".The employee told me "Alright." and then proceeded to touch the screen a couple of times before stating "I've never actually done this before, I'm going to have to call my manager.". Again, I was like "okay."At this point, he started pacing behind the counter while appearing to be on the phone with the "manager". He then said that "Since you place it on the app, you are going to have to get a refund through the app." However, because I I have received a refund for an unmade mobile order before, I knew this was untrue. I stated such and then he went back and forth with his "manager" saying "I don't think he wants anything else, he just wants his money". He then hung up, supposedly, and said that his managers orginal offer was "You can come back tomorrow and we will make you the salad" but that he talkied him into a refund and that they just needed to call "Tim".They never appeared back from "Tim" and after about 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave without my refund. I told them I was going to leave and they seemed relieved and I got a "Sorry man". I double-checked the owner's name was "Tim" and the employee confirmed.It's not so much the $8.99 for the Tuna Salad, but the backwards response to my refund request and that they essentially outright refused the refund. I'm not sure if the employee even called a manager or if there was ever any intention of giving me my money back. A mobile order that claimed to be ready at 8 pm turned into a 45 ordeal with no resolution and my money basically stolen. I know it's a bit dramatic, but it definitely bothered me enough to write this review.

The 3 employees working there were playing instead of taking care of the customers. I literally waited 20mins for 3 of them to make 1 guys sandwich because they were to busy talking to each other and goofing off and they didn't even listen to what the guy wanted and made him a different sandwich the guy said thats ok he will just take the one they made so he didn't have to wait longer.After they made my 6inch sandwich I ordered a small drink and guess what every single drink in the machine was out. What is going on at this location?FYIThere is nothing wrong with having fun at work but at least do your job.

One person making sandwiches and another dressing sandwiches, coughing alot. Two people standing in the back. They are in no hurry to get your sandwiche made. Not very tasty probably won't be back.

I have used the subway app twice to make an order for my family. TWICE, I get to subway and I’m told they have no turkey and they have to wait for their truck to come in, instead of issuing a refund they tell us we have to wait for the truck or lose our money. I asked to talk to the owner because clearly someone managing the place isn’t ordering enough food to get by until the next delivery. The employee said she doesn’t even know who the owners are and has never met them. The app is useless for telling customers they are out of items or for getting a refund when you don’t receive your food!There needs to be an adult/owner looking after the place. These teens running the place have no idea what to do when a real issue occurs.

The service was absolutely trash the little boy working and making sandwhiches was just so utterly rude I have never experienced a more horrible experience and when I called to speak to the manger he called me a sir on the phone like it was a joke and when I spoke to (the manager) the girl with the pink blue hair she was no help and she should be embarrassed to call herself a manager she gave no help over the phone she had nothing to say except ask why I thought it was bad and how he was rude so after explaining to her 3 times how he was rude and how the food was she continued to say well I’m not sure how you thought he was rude and I’m not sure he is new so she was no help and was so monotone and nonchalant so obviously they both have no business running a store if they can’t work in the food industry without being completely rude and disrespectful

I’ve lived in area for few years now and this place has definitely cleaned up. Better atmosphere and better made sandwiches! More for your buck!! Store clerks actually greet you and Sky an employee there is so helpful and was so polite! She is a keeper Sub Way!!!! This location could be a gold mine and I believe it’s looks to be turning a table. Staff a few years ago just turned me off from here especially being able to see everything! But now my sauce was even offered on the side tonight cause I wasn’t sure about it on there but tried it absolutely amazing! Stores definitely looking and feeling better! Way to go!Wheelchair accessibility: Off to the side and front parking too

They were out of ham, wheat bread, and a few other things. The girl taking my order needs to be into the customer more instead of rushing to get on her phone. I eat subway quite a bit. This store needs some work. You can do way better!

if I could give them a one star I definitely would the hand full of employeed are really sucky no work skill and the prices on coupons seem to always change and is higher than what the coupon says they can't keep workers they seem to be very disrespectful and all around I was very disappointed in there service and they could manage to do a lot better but when the woman manager is there she is alot more pleasant and knows how to handle situations but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend some should learn how to speak to a paying customer that comes there often that's how you lose business congratulations please hire better staff
