I will never go to Taco Bell to eat again first of all they charged my credit card and when I get to the store to get my food they told me they didn't have my order there so after about 5 mins of looking around they finally found them i look at my taco and there was less then a half a teaspoon of beef in it it looked like only lettuce and cheese then I get to the other part of my ordered a Crunchy gordeda I didn't put sour cream on the order because I hate it and what is the first thing I see is sour cream so I was left with food I wouldnt eat so it was a waste of money I dont want them to make it right cause I don't want anything from them anymore so people don't eat taco bell in Fwb fla so far they all are just as bad

I like this Taco Bell but,the problem I have is,it seems like they close when they want to.I mean,if you close at 10,why does it say you close at 11pm?Maybe,they should change their hours!

Supposed to close at midnight. Was asked if I was Uber Eats. I am not and I was then refused service because short staffed. Only have a half hour lunch and I work night shift. If it is going to close early, then the time should not show midnight and they shouldn’t even provide for Uber Eats. Didn’t rate the food because I couldn’t get food.

The taco shell was stale. The burrito supreme didn't have sour cream on it. Didn't get the hot sauce or napkins. The employee at the window was polite though.

Ok but WTH is this 😂 if I wanted a hard shell taco with cold cheese slapped on the side, I would’ve ordered it. These are their grilled cheese cantina tacos supposedly. The lady in drive thru didn’t even bag my food either, just handed me a box and threw some sauces on top of the box which ended up falling all in my car. Train ya people

Absolutely ridiculous service. Had a drive through pick up order with two combo boxes and a grilled cheese burrito. Once we got the food it was all thrown into a bag and missing the sides for the boxes, the grilled cheese burrito and the sauces we paid extra for! We came inside to get it fixed and the kid sounded like he knew exactly what he forgot to put in the bag. So why give the wrong stuff in a bag to a customer if you know its missing things? Also when we went inside we saw other people had boxes so I am very confused as to why all of our stuff was thrown into a bag, almost like they didn’t want us to know stuff was missing.

Constantly cheating the drive-thru timer provides worse service, but at least the manager still makes service bonuses without having to raise wages to attract a crew.

The only reason I only give 4 stars is because of the price. It is not the employees fault, but the fault of many factors. The main factor being the economy and corporate greed. I doubt we will ever see tacos under $1 again.

This Taco Bell is a true 3 star you see when you look this location up. Surprised it’s not lower after our experience. Got our order wrong 2 times in one sitting!!! No manners at this location, didn’t get one sorry or a care in the world. Have to call a 1-800 number to get a refund TOMORROW when they open at 11. I would avoid this location, I recommend the blue water location.

Horrible experience. Chicken tacos came with no lettuce or cheese and one had NOTHING in it, not even chicken. Informed drive thru rep who said they can’t take the food back and said they’d make fresh. Then she came back and said they MUST take the food back regardless…what??? Pretty sure there’s a food/health writeup here. Done with this particular location in Niceville. There’s something wrong here….whether it’s management or employees I can’t say, but not my problem anymore as I won’t be returning. Ridiculously bad experience.

It was good. It's a great change from always having to get a burger. I cannot eat most Mexican food because I am allergic to chili powder but they don't use it so I enjoy eating there when the need arises.

Now that I work near Del Taco, I won't be coming back. I'm tired of this place. It feels like it's turning into a ghetto restaurant. I don't think it's the employees' fault. It just seems crazy sometimes. The food is definitely not worth it. I'm tired of my crunchy tacos being broken and falling to pieces before I even make it home. The quesadillas are sad, and the cinnamon twists are a scam. I could go on, but it's not worth it.
