If I could leave zero stars, I would.
This Taco Bell location in Niceville is consistently the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s never reliably open, even during posted hours, and more than once I’ve pulled up just a couple minutes before closing only to be told “the system is down.” It’s obvious they just don’t want to serve customers.

I’ve never had a good experience here. The service is unhelpful, the staff seems completely uninterested in doing their jobs, and the place operates like they’re looking for excuses not to take orders. After giving them multiple chances, I’m done. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Taco Bell—this one is a disaster.

The experience was terrible, uncomfortable chairs, no heat, and the cookers told us we were going to wait long time for food due to door dash orders. Customers on site should have preference than online orders. I will probably won't be back

They have removed the menu screens and registers. You can only order thru the kiosks! Unacceptable. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER try to eat there again. No menu and ability to order normally=no business!

Terrible service last time I went well got a 12 taco variety party box and they were all made poorly with very little meat and almost no toppings. Pictures show exactly how they came. And when I went back to tell them they said I took too long to come back.

I went there to get myself a burrito specifically a beef supreme burrito. taking a bite out of that burrito might’ve been the worst experience i’ve ever had with food. there was absolutely nothing the ENTIRE burrito expect for refried beans. the whole time i had to choke down this “burrito” the workers always seem annoyed that you come and dare to order food. the only positive thing about this place is there cinnamon twists. i didn’t even get the sauce i asked for….
