Drive thru had people talking over one another. I couldn't understand who was asking me questions. Went inside and no one was working the counter. Had to use kiosk to order. I left and went elsewhere.

We didn’t even get out food. Right as we were about to hand over our card to pay the power went out. Our food was already mad and sitting at the window, our total was $26. So I got out cash just to hand to them, and I didn’t need my change back. They said that they couldn’t give it to us cause they aren’t sure what to do. When we told them we’ll just give cash they shut the window on us…

I normally find Taco Bell food mid. And the drive through experience stressful. However today whoever was working around 4pm Tuesday June 18, 2024 did an amazing job. Excellent customer service, excellent food, excellent. It was the best food I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. It’s the first time I’ve ordered a crunch wrap and had CRUNCH. The food was fresh and well put together. No super long waiting time either. 10/10

I'm giving this Taco Bell 2 stars. They can't seem to get hard tacos right. My shells are broken every single time I go. What is going on at this place! Not wasting my time & money there again!
Overall, this Taco Bell location was decent, though not exceptional. It was one of the few Taco Bell restaurants where the staff seemed genuinely friendly and greeted me with a smile, which was a nice touch. The wait time for my order was about average for the Taco Bell chain.
The burrito I ordered was of acceptable quality, though nothing special. However, the floors and dining area in the restaurant itself seemed a bit on the dirty side, which was disappointing.
In the grand scheme of Taco Bell restaurants, I'd rate this location a solid 4 out of 5 in terms of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. It was better than the typical Taco Bell experience, but still has room for improvement, especially when it comes to maintaining a clean dining environment. Worth a visit if you're craving some Tex-Mex fast food, but don't expect anything above and beyond.

They forgot my drink and saw me trying to get their attention at the window and ignored me and when I went in I stood there for like 5 minutes while they just looked at me. I also asked them to remake my taco because it look like they threw it at a wall before putting it in the bag and bro told me it’s supposed to be crushed, I got the crispy cantina taco btw, not supposed to be crushed to pieces. We ordered two #5’s around 4:30pm on May 7th. Food took a little longer than expected to come out. The manager looked into it, and made sure our order was taken care of. It came out hot and fresh and tasted great. He even gave us coupons and apologized for the delay. That manager runs a tight ship. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you! We will happily spend money here again.
