Once again this Taco Bell disappoints. Nothing new however. They have revamped the menu and gotten rid of our favorites. Our order is NEVER correct. And doesn’t this quesadilla look appealing! I’m done with this store! Save your money and go to Peppers!

Ordered tacos hard shell, received 3 softshell with no meat, some lettuce and a little sprinkle of cheese. No sauces. I just could not believe it when I got home and opened the bag. Not the Taco Bell that I knew and loved!

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, the portions were amazing, and the service was even better. 5 star experience genuinely. Robert King was the gentleman who helped me. I wasn’t having the best day and he helped me turn it around with his friendly customer service. I will definitely be coming back!!

I will not come to this Taco Bell again. They got my order wrong and then blamed me for it being the reason it was wrong. I was told by the evening shift supervisor that they will not be giving me $40 in free food, fun fact they didn't even give me $5 in food the first time. I have submitted a complaint with the corporate Taco Bell and am waiting a response. There are more events that transpired but this was the long story short version.

I have never felt so discriminated against and am led to believe they treated me like I was stealing from the restaurant due to my ethnicity. I asked to get in touch with the GM Robert King, but the workers wouldn't give me his information.

I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AND WOULD ENCOURAGE ALL OTHERS TO NOT VUSIT EITHER.

There's another Taco Bell 7 minutes away.

Terrible food. All taco shells were broken upon receipt. Supreme burrito had maybe an 1/2 teaspoon of beef. Very bad. No value for the money.

It's fine you went to AI for taking orders and great it actually got my order right, sauces, drinks and all. But what good is that if the employee handling the food has exactly zero fox to give, gives me the wrong food, no sauces and no napkins?!?!

Hands down the worst Taco Bell on earth. They regularly get orders wrong, take forever to do anything, and the inside is always filthy.

You cannot talk to a human here, every order was being taken by an AI. When you go inside, no one ever comes up to the counter, you can only use the kiosk. Extremely sad to visit or eat at.

typically i have ok-level experiences at this location. in fact, there is one specific young lady i see at the window that is always smiling. today though, my food was cold and forgotten. cinnabons were ice cold, a taco was forgotten and another was missing the modifcations i put into place. the gentleman at the window was extremely rude and actually ignored my speaking to him not once but twice. and to make matters worse, i came back to the window to retrieve my forgotten items and was told the location was closed already. despite not closing for another 15 minutes. it was quite rude and poor service to treat customers this way.
