The manager, Mr. Jay Riley went above and beyond when I received an order incorrectly. He reached out to me and personally provided exceptional customer service. He did everything in his ability to rectify the situation and made me feel like a valued guest. I even spoke to his boss, a Mr. Wayne, even though he was very intimidating when speaking he remained professional in all aspects of business and continued to take great care of the importance of customer service. Thank you again for being sincere and understanding. The other staff members were kind and courteous throughout the process as-well.Vegetarian options: Meat can be replaced for beans :)Parking: Entrance is a bit odd.

Upon entry heavy set dude acknowledged my order. After waiting for 20 mins he gave me the wrong order and forgot who I even came in there for. If they were was busy I would understand but this wasn’t the case. Just seems like a guy that’s not taking his job seriously.

place looks cooler than most taco bell’s. went for late night munch,,keep in mind didn’t close until 12am at this location,,1 worker didn’t want to deal with an order 50 minutes before close. just hurt my feelings i got out of bed for this. no hate just change ur times frl frl if u can’t keep to speed. ;))

This is one of the better TBells in the area. - that beiing said -check your order before you leave particularly if ordering through the app- dont know why but add on ingredients have a tendency to get missed on orders from the app - how is the app interfacing with those blasted screens anyway? I will never go here again. I gave it a few tries for a quick bite at lunch. Taco shells are consistently stale and broken into multiple pieces. The drive-thru attendant didn’t say a single word. I don’t think she even looked at me.

Rude. I just attempted to walk in to place an order and the man (with the ponytail) refused to let me in. He said, "the lobby is about to be closed. We have three people working and we're getting slammed." It's 6:30 pm. Not my problem and now you won't get any money from me!

The employees were super nice. The food was good and the place was super clean. As i ate the manger Jay had to help with customers who were coming in with drive-through mess ups, and he was super nice and took care of the issues right away for them.

Myself and another patron were waiting on our orders for a delivery service,while they had not made it through to the taco bell system we were told to leave and go find other orders ,that he would not be tricked into phantom orders and be giving away free food. Mind you all that was asked was if they had received the orders yet. So as I waited and asked may there be a glitch or lagging on the systems end? I was told by the Manager "you don't watch tick tock ? I'm not giving food away I deal with phantom orders every day. Not today though " We simply stood there looking at each other bewildered by what was happening. Well the order finally came through. To say the manager wasn't thrilled to see that is an understatement. He then went on to threat me saying I was banned and no longer welcome at the store. I told him I had to complete my order and would be on my way. After an couple of hours I went back to ask to speak to the manager or General manager to clear the air. That's when I found out he was the manager and the general manager.. and "i ain't got nothing to say to you" also "we ain't got nothing to talk about" he then stormed off saying he was calling the police. I went outside to de-escalate the situation, he then sent someone outside to get my tag number and read it to him through there head sets. I did record this incident in shock of what was happening. What Is this world coming too?
