Fredricka was an absolute delight! She immediately apologized for the delay. The opening crew member of the store did not show up. When she came in she kindly explained the situation and assisted me with my delivery order.

Customer service is poor. They don’t disclose policies before ringing you up. The cashier charged me full price for my happy hour smoothies just because I also ordered a quesadilla. I could have made two orders easily and gotten the smoothies for 1/2 price.
But…she was GATEKEEPING. Shame on you Tropical Smoothie.

8:30 pm Part 2: after writing this review, the manager Courtney Nelson searched me up on Facebook and sent me a message defending the cashier who rang me up today. Is this how a manager should act? Stalking the people who write a negative review?

The breakfast burritos are amazing, with bacon or sausage, eggs, and cheddar and mozzarella cheese. A bargain at $5.99 !Restaurant is clean and neat, good music playing, plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot. Life is good today !

I LOVE this place. They have kept me full and happy since getting braces put on. I haven't been able to chew much but this location always takes great care of me. And I guarantee it would not run as efficiently as it does without this badass manager, Courtney. Getting braces is pretty painful and uncomfortable but Courtney and her awesome team have made this experience less difficult

The general manager here is very immature and unprofessional, posting work drama on public groups on Facebook. I've attached a screenshot, but this isn't the first time she's made an embarrassment of this establishment. The employees are just as impressionable as the food, and she needs to realize that.

Pretty quick service here even when they are busy. Low rating on the food cause I've just never been a fan of it but in honesty, my mom really loves the chicken pesto wrap. I only go for the smoothies.
