The waitress though when i csme in made a remark to the other that hopefully its ok with her dealing with me &,2 kids (like it was unfriendly). they both walked past us, and finally a waitress came out, asked if we were helped (no you legit saw us sit down & choose to walk past us to go in back). She then wasnt friendly at all just sounded like she rather be doin anything else. Once we got our food she just vanished in back. didnt check on us except ro givr me my bill and ask if everything was alright and felt rushed...

We normally go to other Waffle House near the Taco Bell , but we stop in the Niceville area to eat and the staff was somewhat bothered with us being there as a server myself, I love whenever I get customers because that’s how I make a living. If you don’t like your job quit! Will not be going back to this Waffle House, miramar and Bluewater are better.

If you pick a breakfast spot between this and the blue collar cafe, I highly suggest this one especially if you're not white we had different hospitality walking in. I went to the blue collar cafe as I usually like to help the small businesses and local restaurants in the communities over the big corporate chains but my mom didn't like we were told to wait 25 min to be seated when tables were available and someone after us was given a table right away, regardless my mom chose waffle house afterwards and I was not disappointed in this at this location at all. Libby was amazing we had a table to sit down and were served and greeted right away, she was able to get my order right and my entire family and coworker were enjoying the food. Only small complaint was the hash brown were soggy or not cooked evenly crunchy. We came all the way from Orlando to work for 1 day but if we do a good job here and ever need to come back for more work in Destin or in Niceville we will definitely come back!
Young waitress need accurate training..She does not know the proper way to served the foods on the table.. She kept putting the food accross from me and I have to keep reaching out for my food. Also, I paid in cash, but I did not get a receipt.

2 of the all-star breakfast cost me $36.87. They charged me $5 for the 2 eggs on the all star. So all -star is $11 but then $5 is added on if you want eggs that it comes with 🤨🤨🤨 even though eggs prices are the lowest they been in years now ! Stay away from this garbage. For a waffle , hash browns , 2 small sausage patties , 2 pieces of toast and 2 eggs. $18.43 a person without tip 🤯🤯🤯 Absolutely not

Waitress was slow to fill coffee (had to ask for more). didn't provide spoons for coffee, after serving our food didn't ask if we required anything else then returned to ask 1/2 way through the meal. She definitely didn't want to be there today (Sunday) and the customers bore the brunt. Not the friendly, efficient service you expect, and nearly always get, at WH. Our food was 100% prepared as ordered, hot and tasty, as always.

I have been in the US for more than 15 years, and this is the first time we have eaten in a waffle house. My family and I were surprised at how clean and organized this particular location was. We were greeted as soon as we entered the door. The server was attentive. The relayed of communication between the cook, manager, and servers were very organized and well-communicated. We will definitely come back to this waffle house.
