I’m here to tell you, I stopped by a little after noon today. The crew was obviously short handed. Drive through wrapped around the store. One party of no less than 7 ordering with 6 in line to include Door Dash pick ups. This crew rocked it. I mean non stop! They all should be commended.
For some reason there was difficulty using the mobile pay and the employees and management were very accommodating and friendly. I will not be using the mobile pay anymore but I will continue to go to this Wendy’s location because of the staff.
I stopped at Wendy’s last night and inadvertently didn’t receive the full order. I called and Carlos said, come in,and will make you fresh one. Not only did I get what was omitted, but replaced the entire order.
Now that’s Customer Service!!
