We went in lastnight to grab some food to go and the place was absolutely slammed , but we made our order and the staff still got our order ready in a timely manner and they were all very professional and the whole place ran like a well organized group they were awesome and the food was great as usual

Waited 15 minutes for my food in the drive thru at 10 pm with no other customers around. Staff was very rude and didn’t give apologies and or acknowledge my long wait time.

As bad as I hate to say it, the food is getting worse and worse! Out of the last 10 burgers I e gotten all 10 have been cold! This is the actual temp when I pulled out drive through and stopped behind the store and checked it!

I work at this whataburger and I find it great here! Not only do they hire people on the autism spectrum with developmental issues, they adjust tasks to a level.to help them out occasionally. I feel welcome at whataburger and I'm surprised that I'm not just getting minimum wage at this job!
