Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Used the drive thru on June 19th to get dinner. Ordered the sauce boss box and paid for extra sauce. Didn’t get the bread in the meal, ANY of the sauces or the cookies. I mean the sauce is IN THE NAME. Horrible customer service and while I was ordering multiple people were driving up saying they have missing items as well. Terrible experience

Sometimes it's great. Today it wasn't. Sometimes you get what you ordered, others you get something random. Sometimes they mix in wilted produce with your food, other times it's spot on. Ordered food at the drive through tonight. The lady at the window was flippant and dismissive. I never did get my order and eventually returned to the window to get a refund.
This place is hit or miss. If they tell you to pull forward, don't.

This evening Zayin was our cashier. Lots of smiles and friendly, however, we find out when we get home that he was not listening to us all. I ordered a Cobb Zalad. He looked right at me and asked what dressing I would like, I said Italian, and I watched Vinaigrette pop up on the screen. I am thinking no big deal, I like that dressing too. I let it go. When we get home to eat we realize the TWO orders of cheddar bites we asked for are only ONE order, the two orders of Veggie rolls we ordered are only one order, the Nuclear sauce Zayin clarified specifically for the wings and things my husband ordered was not there at all—he got completely dry wings—and all three of us had toast that was rubbery and toasted on only one side. My Zalad, sadly, could not pass as an actual Cobb-I believe it was a house salad-and the lettuce was wilted and proportions of added veggies/cheese were barely noticeable. I think I had maybe six tiny pieces of chicken in there—very disappointing. Yes, I already sent this to the feedback.zaxbyslistens.com, but I wanted to share here so the public can read as well.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Arrived and provided information on my location, mind you there was not a single car in the parking lot. Waited for close to 15 minutes with no food brought to car. Decided to pull up to the drive through. Gave them the scenario and they said I have your food here, come around??? Mind you got it home and everything was cold, the tenders smelled like old grease and were rubbery. Made a complaint online with Zaxby's and requested a refund. Had an email contact from the general manager stating a refund would be given. I have seen nothing yet. I am new to the area and this is the second time at this restaurant. First time was not a great experience either. Thought i would try again, lesson learned.
Won't be back, plenty of other GOOD fast food in Niceville.

Ordered wings and extra seasoning on the fries . Got my food and the fries had no seasoning and didn’t get ranch I went back to drive through to get it fixed and they said pull around to the window we will get them remade for you. I get to the window and they handed me seasoning. So I guess that makes me officially an employee of Zaxbys??

I went here once instead of chick fil a because they were closed and they manage to mess up a simple order of chicken and fries on an ONLINE ORDER where there is no chance for misinterpretation . idek how that’s possible considering yall have like 3 menu items . would not recommend stopping here, go to chick fil a

Every time I go to this location, I am missing at least one ingredient from my cobb salad.... usually the egg or bacon and the times they do get the salad right, I'm missing a fork or dressing. This location's employees seriously need to pay more attention to detail.

This is the second time my husband went and got wings and chicken strips. The chicken strips are always awesome but this is the second time my wings were so dry. All the sauce on them still did not help to swallow them but the fries were good. Also only the wings are overcooked!

When I walked up to the cash register, the young man working made it clear that he was ready to lock the doors at 845!!If you don’t want to service people, lock your doors so no one can come in! Don’t treat them rudely so you can hurry up n leave?

Love ? ❤️ me some Zaxby's! I go at least once a week! I love the rewards too!!! Yay! Great food that you can order on their app and go pick it up! It's ready in 11 minutes or less! Delicious!!!

Friendly folks, hot crunchy chicken, mom's salad with grilled chicken was great. Lovw the atmosphere!
