Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to try the new lemon pepper flavor, cant tell you how it taste because there was no lemon pepper put on the tenders. Also order the garlic buffalo wings, the wings are hard and taste like old chicken. The French fries are half cooked and cold. Keep in mind I waiting for close to 30 mins for my order.

Staff was friendly and the order was prompt. The Zachs 3 strip meal was pathetic. I now know that this isn't the chain for me. One of the chicken straps was smaller than a Tyson nugget. The other 2 weren't much bigger. Fries were ok. Bread looked like a slice of cheap throw away bread toasted.

Was told to pull forward and they'd bring our food out shortly @9:30. After 20 minutes we go back up to the window and ask where our food is and they told us they didn't see our car so they didn't run our food out, didn't even make an attempt to walk it out to see if we were there whenever our food was done. And we saw 3 different employees look at our car through the window.

Great food quick. Order on the app and it's usually ready within 5 minutes during lunch. Decent prices. The music is kinda annoying.

Food taste is still pretty consistent I’ll give them that. But those serving sizes just got way too small. The tenders were about the size of a Chick-fil-A nugget and fries were maybe 10 in the box. The cost doesn’t justify the product anymore.

food is good but service is horribleee. workers are rude especially tristyn. been here twice in last week and experience the same thing twice.

Orders just sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged every time I come in this place!! Watched people pull up to drive through and leave while waiting for a to-go order. TRAIN BETTER!!!!

Used the drive thru on June 19th to get dinner. Ordered the sauce boss box and paid for extra sauce. Didn’t get the bread in the meal, ANY of the sauces or the cookies. I mean the sauce is IN THE NAME. Horrible customer service and while I was ordering multiple people were driving up saying they have missing items as well. Terrible experience

Sometimes it's great. Today it wasn't. Sometimes you get what you ordered, others you get something random. Sometimes they mix in wilted produce with your food, other times it's spot on. Ordered food at the drive through tonight. The lady at the window was flippant and dismissive. I never did get my order and eventually returned to the window to get a refund.
This place is hit or miss. If they tell you to pull forward, don't.

This evening Zayin was our cashier. Lots of smiles and friendly, however, we find out when we get home that he was not listening to us all. I ordered a Cobb Zalad. He looked right at me and asked what dressing I would like, I said Italian, and I watched Vinaigrette pop up on the screen. I am thinking no big deal, I like that dressing too. I let it go. When we get home to eat we realize the TWO orders of cheddar bites we asked for are only ONE order, the two orders of Veggie rolls we ordered are only one order, the Nuclear sauce Zayin clarified specifically for the wings and things my husband ordered was not there at all—he got completely dry wings—and all three of us had toast that was rubbery and toasted on only one side. My Zalad, sadly, could not pass as an actual Cobb-I believe it was a house salad-and the lettuce was wilted and proportions of added veggies/cheese were barely noticeable. I think I had maybe six tiny pieces of chicken in there—very disappointing. Yes, I already sent this to the feedback.zaxbyslistens.com, but I wanted to share here so the public can read as well.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Arrived and provided information on my location, mind you there was not a single car in the parking lot. Waited for close to 15 minutes with no food brought to car. Decided to pull up to the drive through. Gave them the scenario and they said I have your food here, come around??? Mind you got it home and everything was cold, the tenders smelled like old grease and were rubbery. Made a complaint online with Zaxby's and requested a refund. Had an email contact from the general manager stating a refund would be given. I have seen nothing yet. I am new to the area and this is the second time at this restaurant. First time was not a great experience either. Thought i would try again, lesson learned.
Won't be back, plenty of other GOOD fast food in Niceville.
