The service sucks the wait they didn’t have time to wait on us. He didn’t have time so we left.

I love Applebee's. They never disappoint. Happy hour is great on appetizers, and drinks. But I dont drink. But awesome anyway. Great place to have dinner before a movie.

Excellent! Ordered twice this week for pickup, both times everything was perfect. Not just the food tasted great and was well-prepared, but well-packaged and presented well by the time it got home. The boneless chicken things were awesome and the burgers (2 bangin burgers) were perfect.

me and my best friend ate here and the food was so fire!! our server Emily had amazing service and was so kind. i recommend going here if you want good food and great service. i enjoyed my visit at this Applebee’s location!!

Today, 8-22-2025 We were seated, about 4:45pm - not too busy at all and waited 15-20 mins then for a waiter..who came in and apologized as he had just arrived at work..after that appetizers was spinach dip just room temperature..albeit the salsa was delicious. I was handed a cup of coffee with his hand wrapped around the area where one would drink from..and no spoon. I watched him later serving others and his hand, at one time, dropped down behind his back waist and into his back side to straighten whatever needed straightened...kinda sickened me. The menus felt sticky also. I won't be back for a few years!

Im going to be brutally honest. This place was great about 6-8 months ago. I was there with my wife for quick drinks and food about 2 months ago and the service was horrendous. We waited about 1 hour for apps and drinks, ( keep in mind, this was about 2pm and it was dead). The server then tells me that the system was down and I had to pay cash. Wasn’t that big of a deal so I payed cash. Fast forward to today 8/11/25, my wife and I decide to give it another try since they just finished a remodel. First impression as I walked in, nothing drastic of a remodel just new floors and paint. My wife and I proceeded to order drinks and kid you not, it took about 15-20 min for a simple draft beer and a cocktail (Keep in mind, they were not busy whatsoever). The bartender was nice, but the service was horrible. She was just sitting there chatting it up with a customer sitting at the bar and I literally had to call her to figure out why my beer was taking so long. She asked if I wanted anything to eat, but as it was already close to 20 minutes, I declined and told her to give me the bill. I proceeded to pay and the bartender tells me the system is still down!! Wow… From 2 months ago?? There is no sense of urgency at this place and most of the staff give the impression that they don’t even want to be there. I think after the remodel, they should have taken a closer look at the staff and management to decide if they needed some freshening up too. There is a new apartment complex right next door and I don’t see the current workers or management lasting long if this is the type of service they expect will work. I will not be returning to this location, and I will actually make the trip to Fort Myers (Dani Drive) next time, where the service is impeccable. It’s a shame how this restaurant has gone downhill from just 6-8 months ago.
