Service has always been great whether at the bar or dining at a table. Blackbeard's has some of the best prices for a waterfront restaurant and the food is consistently good.

Today was our first time there. We sat at the inside bar. No one came or greeted us. The wives went up to the bar to order drinks and got snubbed., probably because we weren't dressed like white trash and smelled like weed. Stay away from this place, unless that's your thing.

The restaurant did a fabulous job of serving over 80 ladies today from Sabal Springs, N Ft Myers. Food came out in a timely fashion and was very tasty. Service was great too.

The food was awful. Jalapeño poppers were over done,no dipping sauce,the hamburger,I truly have no words. The patty melt was way over cooked. For $67.00 to have a crappy meal,I'll stay home.

Was not sure about this place as we entered. Tables and chairs need replaced, not pleasing to see their condition. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the food. I had the RedFish with sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese. Well prepared breaded RedFish, fries were quality cut and Mac n cheese was very good. Other dishes were the shrimp platter and pulled pork Mac n cheese. Well prepared, too. If the owners would put money into updating the outside dining room I could raise the rate to a 5 the next time we go if the food quality is maintained.

This is a great place to come everything is great with the exception of the out door atmosphere.The outside bar area is smoker friendly, there is a person who lives on a boat that frequent's the place daily and smokes cigars nonstop as well as others.I find this very discussing when eating!If ask he will put them our but do we really need to askdays? days?This would have a 5 star review other vise..

Ordered 2 dinners of grouper. Neither tasted like grouper. Fishy smelling and terrible tasting. 2 of us had shrimp dinners. No cocktail sauce-had to wait 10 min to get some. Didn’t matter-grilled and fried Maybe would have been good but everything was cold. Baked potato nearly raw. Jasmine rice was mush. Nasty canned green beans cold. Will never be returning

I hope you like eating with your hands and don’t need ketchup or anything. Waited 50 minutes for a fried pos fish sandwich not even an offer of tarter or ketchup and no service to even ask. Thank god I wasn’t drinking or trying to have a good time it took so long to get a drink you couldn’t possibly catch a buzz at this dump. I was rationing ice cubes trying to eat the driest fish I’ve ever eaten because refills were not an option. Then to top it off I gave server my credit card and it took 32 minutes to get it back like did you have to drive across town to process payment? What a shame it’s a great location and the neighboring restaurant the Nauti Parrot is always good.
