This used to be a great burger king until around the last 6 months or so. After occasionally getting burgers for my wife and kids at breakfast time (they don't like fast food breakfast) and getting croisandwiches for myself, today I was told no at 10:20 am, I asked why and that I've done it a dozen times before, I was basically told I didn't know what I was talking about, Burger King has NEVER served burgers during breakfast and that I was a liar or mistaken.
Completely unacceptable. Just say you don't anymore and apologize, you are not there to fight with customers and try to make them look stupid. I looked it up and they actually ran an advertising campaign in 2014 for "Burgers for breakfast"

Honestly this burger king isn't really good...whoopers are hit n miss and every time I've gotten food here the french fries suck and aren't fresh nor hot

I've went to this location 3 times and ordered. A hamburger Happy meal with a plain hamburger. Just the meat in the bun. And all three times they've given me a hamburger with everything on it. Today I was in a hurry and went through the drive through and they gave me the wrong order, and my daughter would not eat it.And now she's hungry, because we don't have time to take it back

That pretty much describes it,its Burger King not a fancy restaurant however they do have handicap parking handicapped accessible sidewalk so they are thinking of people the food is better than it has been I think their revamping a little bit and it tastes good could work guys keep it up keep getting better

I came in to drive thru tonight and the customer service from the gentleman in the drive thru by the name of Eric was absolutely amazing I’m very big on customer service and I even complemented him on his customer service thanks again Eric
Manager was yelling at employee working the drive-thru. The kid threw his headset on the ground. Myself and some other people left. I don’t need the drama trying to get a sandwich.

The only reason why I gave it five stars for service is because of the girl Jessica, that works there in the morning. I come in there every morning before work and she knows exactly what I want. She is fast, efficient and very pleasant. You definitely need more workers like her. She deserves a promotion and a raise!!

I just want to say the manager on duty (I assume he was the manager on duty) Sunday sept 8th at 4:40 pm was great! The line for drive thru was long so I decided to go in to get my order. He asked I had been helped yet (I saw him running around when I came in) he stopped took my order, I told him the order was to go after my transaction he gave me a water cup and said go grab something to drink while I way for my order to be ready, what a nice thing to do. Then while I was waiting for my order I saw him bouncing all around and telling his co workers how well they were doing and to keep up the good work. Im in hospitality and management and let me just say he portrays great customer service and leadership skills. Ps I hope he gets some good credit himself for his hard work!
