I ordered online showed up earlier than my scheduled time had a very short wait. Everyone was very friendly. I dropped and spilled 3 of the drinks on my way out. The staff replaced them at no charge (i was going to pay) i love coming to this burger king.

Since when did these burger King employee's get such an attitude? Obviously the audio box for taking orders was not working correctly. Had to speak up due to the server repeating back the order over & over incorrectly. He started by repremading us as we were paying, then his manager had the a snarky response, even added that she could choose not to provide services. What is happening? These extra sensitive so called beings acting out. (Unbelievable!

This used to be a great burger king until around the last 6 months or so. After occasionally getting burgers for my wife and kids at breakfast time (they don't like fast food breakfast) and getting croisandwiches for myself, today I was told no at 10:20 am, I asked why and that I've done it a dozen times before, I was basically told I didn't know what I was talking about, Burger King has NEVER served burgers during breakfast and that I was a liar or mistaken.
Completely unacceptable. Just say you don't anymore and apologize, you are not there to fight with customers and try to make them look stupid. I looked it up and they actually ran an advertising campaign in 2014 for "Burgers for breakfast"

I've went to this location 3 times and ordered. A hamburger Happy meal with a plain hamburger. Just the meat in the bun. And all three times they've given me a hamburger with everything on it. Today I was in a hurry and went through the drive through and they gave me the wrong order, and my daughter would not eat it.And now she's hungry, because we don't have time to take it back
They are always out of food items. Fries are always cold and burgers always dry. Worst BK in

That pretty much describes it,its Burger King not a fancy restaurant however they do have handicap parking handicapped accessible sidewalk so they are thinking of people the food is better than it has been I think their revamping a little bit and it tastes good could work guys keep it up keep getting better

I came in to drive thru tonight and the customer service from the gentleman in the drive thru by the name of Eric was absolutely amazing I’m very big on customer service and I even complemented him on his customer service thanks again Eric
