Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered from here twice. Both times they got my order wrong. First time they didn’t put the extra stuff I ordered in there. Second time I decided to give them another chance, we ordered 2 medium & they gave us 2 smalls & still didn’t put everything I ordered in mine, then refused to give us part of the money back. Kept arguing with me. I will never get this place again !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had such a bad experience at a cold stone. The man serving us was incredibly stingy with the ice cream and didn't fill the cups up. He put an old overly ripe brown banana into my icecream (it was practically mush) and barely put any toppings. I asked for nutella and he grabbed the smallest spoonful possible. We ordered a medium and the man filled a small container and stuck it into a medium container! This employee overcharged and tried to hide the fact that he used a small container instead of a medium. I am appalled.

Super stingy servers. I paid for a large and they only filled my cup half way. I asked the server to add more to the cup and got charged $1.99 more! In every Coldstone Creamery I have ever been to in NY, the cups are filling to overflowing. Fort Myers Coldstone has the stingiest people.

I’ve come several times at their opening hour and it’s always closed. It’s never opened on time.

Another big chain we tried for the first time in all these years. Pretty solid if you ask us. Not much to add. Went after the movies on Christmas day. Guy was working by him self it seemed but we were in luck cause everybody came after we came in ?

If I could leave no stars I would. Female employee horrible. Arguing over mixing in to go everybody's. Supposed to be 6. She said only 1 all others were extra. They don't follow franchise rules. District manager should straighten this horrible location out. Haven't been back.

The service was horrible! My first time in a cold stone restaurant and the only thing was cold was the service. The female employee was rude as hell. I've been a manager for 15 years and I would have fired the female employee for her attitude and the way she treated me. If don't like people and you don't like working then stay at home. Remember, the customers pays your bills and not the employer so get it right. I will never go to another Cold Stone.

Closed 15 minutes early.. didn't get food at work because I wanted coldstone. Guess I get neither.

I love cold stone, always everywhere, but this location is great to finally have one nearby and they are always super fast and they make getting my cake batter with Reesie cups, Butterfinger and graham cracker crust, a breeze to get every time!

The people here are always rude. Without a doubt look miserable. Pay your employees a living wage so they don’t hate their lives working.

We stopped in after a movie. The place was clean. They were moderately busy, yet each order was handled as if prepared for family. The young men on duty took pleasure in their preparation and presentation of the made to order icecream cups. It was a memorable pleasure for all of us!

The employee was nice and friendly and made a really tasty recommendation for a smoothie.
