The employees were very nice but I witnessed a Spanish young man making somebody's bagel with no gloves on he got cream cheese on his finger he licked the cream cheese off his finger and continued to put the bagel in the bag to hand out to drive through maybe he did this not thinking but he should definitely be retrained because that is disgusting.

The employees are so welcoming and friendly the second you walk in. They made my drink perfectly and there bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in my life. Jason's crew is definitely top notch! By far my favorite dunkin. Will be coming out of my way just to come here for the incredible service.

Went for breakfast and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels. What a joke I got 1 small piece of bacon on each sandwich for 5$+ each. That’s crazy talk about shrinkflation and corporate greed.another reason why we should all just quit giving these companies our money

I'm pretty sure they only hire incompetent morons to work at this location because I don't think I've ever received my order correctly on the first try. It literally says on screen and the receipt how I want my sandwich and you morons STILL screw it up.

It's dunkin, the same as every other dunkin except for the staff and management. Maritza is amazing, greets customers with a smile every morning. I come every morning and would leave if she left! Great team here!!!!

I ordered the turkey sausage English muffin sandwich and it tasted like what I would imagine a can of ol Roy dog food would taste like. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. And it was almost SIX BUCKS 🫤 Spit it out on the highway. Dunkin should just stop making food entirely.

The owner of Dunkin Donuts at 14071 N Cleveland Ave let his buddy abandon his dog at his location by tying him up at a picnic table. When I called to ask why they haven’t called the Humane Society the manager (Rebecca maybe) said she was told only to let the dog off the leash at 4pm (next to a HIGHWAY). I called the non emergency number, humane society and emailed Dunkin corporate. This is DISGUSTING and everyone should call or leave a review letting the owner how they feel about this…
