I'm pretty sure they only hire incompetent morons to work at this location because I don't think I've ever received my order correctly on the first try. It literally says on screen and the receipt how I want my sandwich and you morons STILL screw it up.

It's dunkin, the same as every other dunkin except for the staff and management. Maritza is amazing, greets customers with a smile every morning. I come every morning and would leave if she left! Great team here!!!!

I ordered the turkey sausage English muffin sandwich and it tasted like what I would imagine a can of ol Roy dog food would taste like. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. And it was almost SIX BUCKS 🫤 Spit it out on the highway. Dunkin should just stop making food entirely.

The owner of Dunkin Donuts at 14071 N Cleveland Ave let his buddy abandon his dog at his location by tying him up at a picnic table. When I called to ask why they haven’t called the Humane Society the manager (Rebecca maybe) said she was told only to let the dog off the leash at 4pm (next to a HIGHWAY). I called the non emergency number, humane society and emailed Dunkin corporate. This is DISGUSTING and everyone should call or leave a review letting the owner how they feel about this…

The owner and manager have a dog tied up outside, when asked about it Becca said she “was instructed to let it off the leash at 4pm if nobody comes to get it.” She said she was told NOT to contact the humane society or animal control 😡
The proper services were contacted after speaking with her, but this shouldn’t be acceptable. This is a living, breathing creature. I’m big-mad about this.

6:42 pm, pull in, see a car at pick up window and a few cars in the parking lot, proceed to order window and wait for 3 minutes, no one acknowledged that I was there, proceed to the pick up window to get someone's attention, and there is no one. All lights are off, everything cleaned up, yet they are open until 7. I've never been fond of this location but now they have totally lost me as a customer.
