Hibachi Of Japan

First time here. I got the chicken hibachi bowl with shrimp tempora for dine-in and a steak hibachi bowl to-go. The tempora arrive promptly with what looked like to me a factory made shrimp tempora. Skinny and tasted so-so. Then we waited for what seemed like forever. So long that we asked them to just box it all to go. The next day we tried the chicken bowl and it was sub-average. It had very little chicken and a lot of tasteless rice. The rice was brown like it was stir fried but lacked and egg or other typical fried rice ingredients. The next day for lunch I pulled out the steak bowl and the rice was hard and clumped. It was supposed to have vegetables included but all I found was one broccoli piece in the half a bowl I ate. Overall bad experience with sub-average food quality in my opinion. I will go back.

Sushi was great, clear broth was goodish (just different from what I'm used to), and house salad was okay (house dressing was so, so). Service was on point. Definitely will go back and try so different things!

Best deep fried sushi ever. I literally don’t like sushi BUT their Dynamite Roll and JB Roll are just one of the best things I’ve ever had. I really recommend this place. Not a fan of the noodles tho.

We've gotten takeout several times and it was sublime! The Chocolate City Roll was amazing (no chocolate). Phoned in an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Easy parking. Friendly staff.
