1st time going, hands down best fried clams I've ever had. Wings, fried okra , hush puppies, and coleslaw were all on point. Staff was friendly and quick.

After buying two fried clam meals and finding them waaay to salty to eat. Call store where purchased on Bayshore Rd, N.F.M. Was told Manager was at Colonial location. Call there and after speaking with him was told he would replace both meals anytime and would call Bayshore to give them my name and confirm to them
Tonight I called to order and spoke to the same manager. He said he doesn't remember that and will not honor it!

We used to go to the one on Martin Luther King but this one in North Fort Myers is alot closer and it seems like I'm getting a better quality for my money, no offense to the Fort Myers location. I just wish ya'll would bring one out to Port Charlotte area, please look into that for me. I bet you won't regret it.

The service is fast, and the team works hard to keep things easy and enjoyable. The food is satisfying and fresh—Not overly fancy, but fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for in a dependable seafood spot.
Little extras like Dubai chocolates or a complimentary drink now and then show they truly care about their customers. It’s clear they’re building something special here, and I’m happy to recommend Hooks to anyone looking for quality service and a friendly atmosphere.

It doesn't look like much. It's a small standalone building in the parking lot of a small strip shopping center that has seen better days. But, let me tell you, the food is a treat to eat, especially the catfish! You have to order driving through. There is nothing for customers inside, but there are some picnic tables nearby if you want to eat on the premises. Don't judge this one on looks alone or you will be missing out!
