Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

The food here used to be great but it's gone downhill the past 3 months I would say.. yesterday on August 31st 2025 my husband and I ordered inside and we usually order through the app but the time before that we ordered inside as well but this time we got a large one-topping pizza that was a deal for the day for 10.99 and we wanted to add the stuffed crust which I knew was $2 she tried to argue with me and tell me it was $3 and then when she went on the computer she's like oh I guess they haven't changed it but really I think she was just trying to scam me out of a dollar to put in her pocket. Just know that we won't be spending our money here at this business anymore. The pizza tasted like crap the stuffed crust wasn't even stuffed it had no cheese and the pizza was old don't waste your money here people this place used to be good but it's it needs a complete overall and I doubt that will happen so save your money folks

This is my go to place every Friday for pizza and has been for a while now. This is the ONLY pizza chain that actually gives you the extra cheese that you pay for. Everywhere else has a pitiful amount of cheese even when you specifically request EXTRA (been told by people who used to work these places that they’re told not to actually give the extra cheese).

I’ve read a few reviews on here that the lady here is rude and that’s not true. She’s always been nice to me and I’ve joked with her. Don’t forget that in today’s society everybody is a victim and their narcissism points everyone else out to be an evil villain.

My only complaint is lack of locations. I drive out of my way to get to this store. I wish there was one in Cape Coral.

Owner replied pretty quickly to this review. Seems they care. Hopefully my experience isn’t the norm here. Will update if I try them again.

This place is the bomb. Flavor is better, and the price is cheaper than the big 3 chains. Flavored crust is amazing, and it's nice to be able to get light cooked crust, I like it soft.

Worst hours I've ever seen, they don't open until 3 PM. They're missing out on lunch, bro. Like come on!! There other locations open at 12. Why is this one so dumb??

Best food around! I love their pizza and salads, but all of their other foods are great too! Service is very quick, and staff are really awesome!
