Typically diner food. Hashbrown were delicious and well seasoned. Pancakes are definitely recommended. Service was ok considering they were busy. The only thing that left much to be desired was their gravy on their country fried steak. The gravy tasted literally like nothing and explains when the server asked if I wanted gravy and I replied "that's the best part of the dish!" and she said "well here alot of people don't ask for it". I now know why...
Jax Diner exceeded my expectations both times I visited for breakfast. The food was consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The service was exceptional, attentive, and friendly, making each visit a delightful experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great breakfast spot!
No one should have to pay for the privilege of handling a soggy, wet BLT sandwich. If you use a Styrofoam take out container for the sandwich & Cole slaw please at least get the one that has two smaller wells inside.
