Attempted to order food, was told to come to the window after only placing half my order. Try to continue to add the rest at the window and I’m met with attitude and ignorance. Literally ignoring me as I’m taking, and I had to repeat myself 3 times so she would acknowledge me.There was a kind & sweet older gentlemen who came outside and told me we were just waiting for the order to be done, but complete 160 from the girl in the window. She shouldn’t have a job if she is that hateful and miserable. I’m sure half these reviews are about her. Also, she is eating while taking orders in drive thru. Please, if you hate this job get an education and get a corporate job. Never stepping foot in this place again.

Employee that took our order was funny , she cut our coupon out and insisted we takethe rest home so we'd come back again lol she was super nice and food was very good and great value for 34.99.

Service was fine...I needed to bring dinner home. When i got home, 3 minutes away... It was an old /dried out/ mix of chicken pieces that were unloaded on me. . . High priced leftovers from lunch!!!.. guess you can't go late afternoon b4 the dinner rush.

Waited behind one car for 5 minutes, then waited in front of the building for 15 minutes while they made the food
Why are customers waiting 10 to 15 minutes on the other side of the building?? The drive thru is useless compared to other KFC's...

Ordered through Grubhub extra crispy chicken and breading is falling. Sides are medium supposed to be Large. The Mac and cheese is nasty. The nuggets are dry nasty and no sauce. And spent $75 for that disappointing bit. I am so angry.

Just ordered 2 famous bowls and a Mac n cheese from the drive thru. Charged me $21 and some change, then shorts me a famous bowl. Tried calling and all I get is 3 rings and a fax line sound.

Ordered 30$ worth of food and the famous bowls were pretty much empty not even a toddler would be satisfied with the portion. GM Delphine didn’t care to fix issue ! Nasty attitude needs better training ! High prices for no food it’s sad what KFC has come to !
