So my and my daughter came to this place and bought 4 alcapuria, we took them with us and while driving we start eating them and realized that’s a hair in one of the Alcapurrias not only that the Alcapurrias were horrendous when I went back to get my money the employee stated that she can only return $3.19 when I asked for the owner, she said that the owner never comes to the restaurant I do not recommend this restaurant at all to no one horrible experience .

This restaurant had some of the best Puertorican food we have had stateside. The pasteles, the empanadillas, and the jibarito sandwich were amazing and reasonably priced. Staff were really nice and attentive. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Ft. Myers.
So authentic! Real Puerto Rican food that’s hard to find anywhere else close to here. And the customer service is superb! I come here at least once every week with my husband and I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend to everyone!

Visiting this place is the worst thing that can happen to you. Delays in the service, they give you a menu with a price and they charge you more with stupid excuses. A manager lacking ethics and knowledge of how to serve a client. And do not even think of claiming your right as a consumer because they will kick you out of the place under offense and mistreatment.

From beginning to end, best service and food hands down that I’ve tried out here in Ft Myers. The pastelitos were fresh and so good, el mofongo was soooo good, I didn’t even take pictures of my food because I devoured it lol. The jugo de parcha? Amazing. Not too sweet how I prefer. They got all the sauces you can think of which I love! The gasolina machine adds that bori touch. The entire staff was so helpful, attentive, and genuinely cool people. Without a doubt, I’m coming here every time I touch down.
