Keeps getting worse. When you order staple items thru drive thru and no one is in drive thru in front or behind you. Your told to park. It's how they keep times down. Can't say dining room was full because where they tell you to wait you see the whole area and no one was at register ordering only 1 waiting and I knew him and rest eating. It's a small town so why bs us. You expect food to be done right thru drive thru especially. We'll it wasn't. We had drs to go to and food was burnt. How do you burn food I know your equipment I was a manager at mcdonalds went to mcdonalds school. Don't you teach proper temps to your team. I mean seriously before you become assistant you have to know temps and times besides "have a nice day" which lady never said once she brought us food that was wearing manager clothing. Better option is to automate this one. I been here several times only had great service one by 1 gentleman that was treated poorly. Like what gives. He was young looking like he was learning and I placed 2 different orders with him inside and as stressed as he was he was epic. But today staff in drive thru sucked no good character it's like they didn't want to be there. Asking to donate to mcdonalds house was a roll of the eyes then go to next window told to WAIT when the staple food is burnt. Let me stomp on the food and tell them to eat it because my wife had only 2 bites. I'm disabled do you think they would like this. Do I need to help your store by being mystery shopper cuz on not on the take . I don't get paid for this. But this ... corporate needs to step in ... not gm or dm... main corporate. I'm latin maybe if they stop gibber jabber about bs proper work can get done ✔️

The girl that was giving me my food was very rude !!! She had me pull to the white line and when she came out she just stood there with the bag hanging out of her hand and refused to bring me my food !!!

Today I was waiting for curbside for about 20 minutes. I walked into the store and the manager realized my order was placed in a different box and she requested for my food to be made fresh and fast. She quickly rectified, and recovered well thanks for the prompt attention, I didn’t catch her name. It was 5 o’clock today.

Better than Lehigh's McDs!! . Never had a biscuit bust any teeth from this one! Much appreciated on the correctly baked biscuits and not trying to nuke em soft only to turn brick hard again mins after drive away.
