As a Brit who's lived in the US for 30 years, I'm always on the lookout for a decent plate of fish and chips. So often, I'm confronted with McDonalds-style fries and small chunks of fish overwhelmed with over-cooked batter. I'm so happy to report that this restaurant serves none of this - the chips were clearly made from real, fresh, potatoes and cooked properly. The fish was also fresh, cooked perfectly and, most importantly, was a whole fish (cod). A great experience - thank you!

As authentic as you can get!!!! It’s a friendly one man show and the food is delicious, and the portions are quite generous

Definitely worth the 90 min drive for ‘proper fish and chips!’.
Food was brought to us pipping hot and truly soooo tasty.

I saw this restaurant on TikTok after someone ate there. When I googled them, I was surprised how positive the reviews were. We went today and it was very good. The fish, in particular, was cooked perfectly. I live over an hour away so can only go when in the area for another reason, but will definitely go back and recommend others check it out!

Food was so fresh & delicious! Huge portions. Fish is so light & flaky. Fries are natural cut which are so good. Coleslaw on point. We were already thinking about what to get next Staff were beyond nice & accommodating, June 12th.

Batter is perfect. Cod is delicious and fries and coleslaw yummy too. Friendly service.
