Papa Johns Pizza

They got it together at this Papa Johns. The food always taste great. The managers help when you need them to. We love this place!!

I usually do pick up order but tonight I’m having a flare up from a chronic illness, so I did delivery. I’m NOT impressed, whoever was working tonight packing to go orders CLEARLY hates their job, I’ve attached a picture of my pizza, I didn’t get a picture of my husbands pizza until after he cut it and started eating, my pizza was cut really haphazardly for one and felt like cardboard it was so dry and hard. My husbands pizza wasn’t even cut at all.
Food was cold (MIND YOU this place is 5 minutes from my house….)and I ordered 4 garlic sauces for only 1 too arrive, the nice lady on the phone said the driver would be back after his next 2 orders to drop the other 3 lets hope that’s true. Not impressed with quality and reliability tonight :(
I love papa johns and this place is usually great but dinner was not really all that enjoyable and tonights packer needs to get it together, I spent 2 hours worth of labor at my job on my dinner to receive crap, I’m not happy man. The crew is usually better than this.

UPDATE: NOT doordash but an actual papajohns delivery car brought me my extra garlic sauces, listen if y’all are gonna do delivery STOP USING DOORDASH IF YALL HAVE YOUR OWN DELIVERY DRIVERS?! Doordash SUCKS and never ever brings my food right from anywhere, why couldn’t a papa Johns employee just delivered my pizzas in the first place??? Absolutely ridiculous, stop working with these terrible delivery services it’s gonna do nothing but drive away your customers.

The New Stuff crust is AMAZING

I was running late and had to pick up a quick dinner so tried out this Papa John's. It's been awhile since I've ordered from here and I was happy I did. The pizzas were very good, just like I ordered with a good amount of toppings. They were ready when I got there too. I also ordered some chicken wings and while they were cooked properly they weren't my favorite. The sauce was good but the breading wasn't epic. I would definitely order from here again.

Rude and disrespectful and no patience made me have to pick up my pizza instead of fixing my order and bring it to me😡😡

Ordered at 2:30 for a delivery at 4:15 1 pizza 1order of wings and a two liter it is now 6:10 and i am still waiting!!!!! Iwill
update if or when it arrives horrible service

Worst Papa John’s I have ever experienced. Poorly managed and run. Management should be immediately terminated and replaced with management who believes in customer service. Papa John’s previously cared about their customers, however it is blatantly obvious this location does not.

Good pizza 🍕😋 it is quite different from the other traditional pizzas, the 4 cheese one is great.

I loveeeee papa johns. But I will never order from this one again. 4/20/24 I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was the garlic sauce stuffed crust, which is what I ate 2 slices from while my husband ate from the other kind. Couple hours later I was cramping, nauseous, and sick for hours after with food poisoning. Never had it in my life but knew immediately. One manager was very kind to me about it, but was only able to offer me a free pizza next time I order. The other manager laughed at me and said you can't get food poisoning that fast and how could I know I got it from them anyway.
I hadn't eaten anything but breakfast that day, and yes you can get symptoms that fast.
Order from somewhere else and don't risk getting sick.

I think the cheese was out of date for nasty taste. Plus paid for extra glaric sauce didnt get it, and order the knots and for the saue choice i picked garlic sauce and got pizza sauce. Went to get my money back and they refused saying nothing was wrong. Stay far away from this place.
