Salty, ground beef greasy. Definitely not authentic. We're both half Mexican. Chimichanga soggy and covered in a Salty cheese sauce.

Found this hole in the wall on New Years and thought it was amazing so I decided to go there again with some family members while I was in town visiting. We were a party of 5 and we got sat down rather quickly at 8pm, Claudia was our sever she took our drink order and that took about 20 minutes for us to receive our drinks. When she came with the drinks which was on a special (2 for 12 on tequila sunrises) problem 1 arose. We noticed one person had a completely different cup and when we pointed it out she told us they didn't have the standard cup it normally comes with. At the time that wasn't much of a big deal but it did strike us odd, after some chit chat we couldn't find our server she was no where in sight and we still haven't placed our orders. We finally got the attention of another server who proceeded to get Claudia to take our order, the restaurant wasn't even busy and I just didn't understand her unwillingness to do her job. While we waited for our food to be made which at this point was around 8:55, we stated we wanted our second drink for the 2 for 12 and she comes back with 3 viking like mugs and said we had to share because they didn't have any CLEAN CUPS in the back. We were flabbergasted, she didn't think to offer another alternative and just showed up with 3 mugs even though it was 5 of us and we preferred our own cups regardless of the fact my sister had her husband and I had my wife with me. I never had a restaurant act in such a way, by this point we just wanted the food, when we did see a glimmer of hope the food runner brought 1 PLATE out and did not know if she had the chicken chimichanga in her hand or the steak chimichanga. At this point I became frustrated and asked her how didn't she know which plate she picked up and why are they serving our food 1 plate at a time! I brought the plate back to them because it was just unacceptable and insisted all our food come out at the same time and it still didn't because my wife had to wait another 10 minutes for her plate to come out. I was embarrassed because I recommended this place and I will never return, I expect management to reach out to us for a proper apology because the incompetence of the staff was insufferable.

Service was very slow (40 minutes for food) food was fine until I saw a roach crawling in the window sill beside me in the booth. The four of us at the table were finished at that point, (halfway through the meal).When we told our waitress she giggled and offered us to go boxes! I hope this was due more to her lack of understanding of the English language and not complete disregard to the fact that roaches are actually crawling in the dining area of the restaurant. I asked to speak with the manager and she could not understand English any better and just said,"Sorry, Sorry, Sorry" as she walked away. We paid our bill, did not tip and will not be back.

Very good food. Service is good. Atmosphere is ok, nothing too fancy. But rhe food tastes good, and they have food cocktails.
Terrible oily food. They charge for chips and salsa. Ordered fajitas and only two sides, no lettuce, lime, nothing. Service was okay, but there are many better Mexican restaurants in Ft myers with fresh food, decent margaritas, and complimentary tortilla chips. We will not return to this place and do not recommend.
