The food was great but how can you mess up a sub? The staff kept looking at the menu board to see what was in the sub. They were slow and not really friendly. I could not hear them talking to me over the counter as they spoke so softly. Honestly they seemed unqualified to be in customer service. The girl making my sandwich literally took her time placing the meats and cheeses and fixing them over and over. I wanted to whistle loudly just to wake them up!

Do NOT come here. Me and my family always get sick when we come here and eat. First time no thought of it, we just had a bad stomach ache, diarrhea, throwing up, and cold sweats. Second time was right after my practice and I was so hungry I wanted a nice sandwich. We went there thinking nothing of it and me and my family got our food and everyone is sick! Do not go here! We both got the grilled chicken with other things. Do NOT GO HERE!

Walked in and walked out. Filth all over the floor and every single table had debris and food particles. Deplorable conditions and the employees were standing around talking to some boys who had come in. Disgusting!

I got the Philly cheese steak. Was good but not 5 Star. Based on other places, the sandwich was pretty small.
Only one other person getting a sub and she was already ordering her single sub when I walked in, two people working but I still had to wait 10 minutes before just walking out due to frustration without being able to order.

I've been coming to this restaurant for 3 years almost every other day. Indian lady manager I think.? Is very rude and unprofessional always very racist and ouches the sub mostly her way and gets annoyed very easily. The American older lady is amazing ? love her atmosphere awesome person to deal ? with. It's 2023 around the corner knock it off lady respect to be respected. Not coming here to eat anymore.

Ordered #9 sandwich. Wanted to try THAT sandwich. Expect to be asked which bread, but after that I had to request each item, except the meat.. I kept looking back at menu board to see what topping was recommended fur THAT sandwich. Didn't understand why the young man couldn't make e the sandwich as designed in this new sandwich campaign.So my #9 sandwich wasn't what was advertised and wasn't I had hoped for.. Almost, but I wasn't prepared to do all the work.Would have been better if they asked if I wanted "additional" toppings or if I wanted to "substitute" toppings..I don't think the crew understands that a specific sandwich seen advertised might be exactly what the customer wants.
