I asked for no tomato on two seperate occasions and the second time my son had an allergic reacting and ended up in the hospital because the tomato was at the bottom. Overall apart from that, they have a good quality food but their service is outrageous, like don’t get me wrong it depends on the person but most of the time they look high asf 😭 anyways, they are very fast and the wait time is like 50 seconds to 4minutes MAX.
Ordered late night and had door dash delivered and food was good and doordash driver was excellent 👌👍

Go in for a deal and come out feeling like you got screwed. New Lux box is advertised everywhere in the country for $7. They even have a picture of it in the window as you walk up. Yet after you order, you find out later that you're going to pay $9 instead because "They are not a corporate store". Total BS. They should not be allowed to do this. On top of that the workers don't know how to roll a burrito. They put everything in there then roll it sideways so that you've got five bites of beans one bite of meat and one bite of sour cream. I mean come on, rolling it the correct way is not rocket science. Not going back to this store. The owners are way too greedy !

This place should be shut down. They hire children on the late shift that screw your order up EVERY SINGLE TIME!! My wife and I decided to preorder online tonight via the mobile app thinking "if we give them an hour to make our larger orders there's no way it could go wrong! Wrong, 24 crunchy tacos (or two crunchy taco party packs) and 24 soft tacos (or 2 soft taco packs) , how'd they go wrong? NO MEAT ON ANY TACOS!! That's IT!!! I'm done with this place. This is why they're the only restaurant in this area that is never busy. Lazy, rude employees and managers and the dining area is trashy as well as the parking lot. It always smells like raw sewage and burnt rubber in the drive thru. Shame on Taco Bell Corp for allowing their label to be destroyed. Do better!!

I love this Taco Bell I come here often and this was the first time anyone has been rude to us but his name on our ticket was David M, and it was kinda awful, I would have kind of understand if it was busy through the drive through but No, just rude!

Most of the time, this location is pretty on point. However I did knock a star off because we order from them very often and we do occasionally get food that’s disgusting and not edible. I’m assuming it has to do with what crew it on and who cares more than the other. It is what it is, overall the food is generally pretty good and cooked right.

I choose to go here after passing other options, only to be met with lackluster customer service, no offering of sauces, nor a thank you for spending money and now my choice will be to not drive further and choose somewhere else. Also the damn burritos are never the same quality or quantity, seriously why? As a matter of fact, don't reply I already have the response needed. That is to just go somewhere else. Thank you.
