This place is a joke. Every-time my family and I have come to this location we are met with extremely horrible customer service and most, if not all of our order is wrong. The short girl with the dreads does not know how to speak with customers, proceeded to make our food wrong and yell at the other employees. I’d give it 0 stars out of 5 if I could. We are done coming to this location.

We came to this Taco Bell for food around 12:30am, the point of that is the commercials say open late. We usually have a great experience every time we have went to a Taco Bell. Unfortunately this time the person who took our order was not nice nor gave the usual experience we normally get. She was very short and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable, then made us wait even longer when we were ready to order. I do not know if they where short staffed but the food was not made to the usual standard nor where we given our complete order. They forgot the quesadillaas well as the freezy midnight Baja blast that went with the meal. We wanted to order the street taco dishes that they had but clean did not have anything at all as well as other items that we chose to order.We also ordered a chicken Chalupa that wasn’t wrapped and fell apart as we took it out of the bag. Then when we got to open it up and see what fell out, everything was divided sour cream on one side, meat in the middle and minimal meat. When we got the chicken quesadilla it was only cheese with very little meat. We felt this was not worth the money that was spent, nor was the experience worth wanting to go back to this establishment. I do hope that everybody knows that late night is apparently not the right time to go to this Taco Bell.

My family visits this taco bell often and have always had great service and great food. Tonight however. Our visit was the worst experience. They messed up order then the girl in training proceeded to argue with my wife and i both about the order being wrong then worker brought new items to replace wrong ones and they was wrong again. I asked for a manager and she claimed. She was the manager after another worker brought the correct food other worker clarified that the girl is in training and is not a manager this girl was being extremely rude to every customer that brought there orders back that was incorrect. I would say her training not going well at all and she needs to go find different job she dont belong in food service dealing with public

Went to the drive thru, ordered two boxes and nacho fries. I called the store to speak to the manager. A male answered the phone claiming to be the manager and said he wouldn’t provide his name. I proceeded to tell him the issue with the food. The fries were cold, the one of boxes didn’t have but a few nachos, and the taco was falling apart/like it had been sitting and was soggy. The other box had few cinnamon twists, the chicken burrito had very hard chicken. The food has been sitting. He then asked, “okay so what was the issue.” I asked “ Did you not hear what I just said?” I asked for his name again and he hung up on me.
This is by far one of the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Within the last 3 months we have always had an issue with the order and there’s always a new person working.

The food is always good, but can we put a little more effort into presentation and placement of produce, both mine and my son bean burrito that I added rice to was literally half beans and half rice, not mixed in, no the bottom of the burrito was rice and the top beans..get it together, I’m in the food industry also this shouldn’t be happening!

7/18 update, the first review was 3 years ago, this new review, is for LACK OF EFFORT, I ordered the nacho fries, this location when I ordered was not busy inside nor outside, so why were the fries poorly season? And soggy? If I wanted unseasoned fries I would have gone to another fast food restaurant!

I pulled up to the drive thru around midnight on 7/11/2025… the cashier was like go ahead with your order very rudely…. I asked for a couple more minutes to decide… she then says with even more attitude and rudeness… go ahead with your order…. So I was like forget this you’re not about to make me anything with that nasty attitude so I just pulled off and went somewhere else…

Had a simple order. I am tired. It is between 10:00pm to 10:30pm at night. I checked order brief I thought there was 7 items. When I got home which is about 7 to 9 miles away. I was missing one item my food. Everybody else got their's. I called and told them I was missing this item which was a value menu item. I went back to pick item. Told that I called and they said pull forward and repeated to me what was missing.
Pulled forward waited with windows closed. She opened windows gave me my food. Said sorry and closed window. I guess they do not value customers, repeat customers. Or new customers.

Great for a quick meal

Avoid this Taco Bell . I live very close so I stop here weekly. 5 or the last 10 visits my drive through order was missing things or wrong. I ask the person at the window to verify and they say Simone else did. They didn’t. Drive the few extra miles to get what actually ordered.
