I ordered food to be delivered for Tuesday because I figured the business would be closed on Monday. I called asking where my food is and she says that everything is shifted a day because of Memorial Day…meaning my food would get here Wednesday. How does this make any sense?? I clicked on Tuesday for a reason and the owner doesn’t want to own up that they forgot to remove the monday button on website…saying “oh we said it on our home page”…relying on customers to look at your homepage for important messaging like this is insane. It should’ve been written in the check out area!!!!! ..why did I have the ability to order for Tuesday and it not even show up???..

The owner wants to come up with excuses instead of owning up to it.
Owner is extremely rude and ignorant and likes to argue with customers on phone and especially on google reviews…so embarrassing for her. She’ll probably argue under this review.
Her PR team has failed..if she even has one

Love the food, varied choices and the convenience of delivery.

I ordered locally this month rather than ordering through my normal route (not going to say where). Pros: local companies I prefer for the obvious, which is stimulating the economy as well as supporting local businesses. Cons: But after ordering a 24 pack of food for my wife and I, we noticed from day 1 that the salt content on each and every dish was extremely high. Hardly any vegetables, lots of rice and extremely high sodium intake. Good variety but nutrition facts are lacking on every dish. Lots of room for improvement needed to make this a "go to" prepared meal company. But we, liked the variety of food, but it's not enough for us to be repeat customers. I gave a 3 star review because there's room for improvement.

I have been getting the 12 meal/week plan for several weeks now and am very happy with it. All of the meals are very tasty and I have definite favorites. The convenience is absolutely wonderful….just pop them in the microwave. Beautiful! If there are questions, the staff are wonderful to work with.
