I ordered locally this month rather than ordering through my normal route (not going to say where). Pros: local companies I prefer for the obvious, which is stimulating the economy as well as supporting local businesses. Cons: But after ordering a 24 pack of food for my wife and I, we noticed from day 1 that the salt content on each and every dish was extremely high. Hardly any vegetables, lots of rice and extremely high sodium intake. Good variety but nutrition facts are lacking...

I have been getting the 12 meal/week plan for several weeks now and am very happy with it. All of the meals are very tasty and I have definite favorites. The convenience is absolutely wonderful….just pop them in the microwave. Beautiful! If there are questions, the staff are wonderful to work with.
