The kid at the window with longish hair he was great personality attitude everything and got my order completely right! ( which never happens) the manager however not very pleasant however I could see her scolding and yelling at him right in front of me even gave me a dirty look passing the window. Kid needs a raise for putting up with it as well as he did and she needs to be demoted

Explicitly asked for no mayo three times on my sandwich and even had cashier confirm that it wouldn't have mayo on it. Second time this has happened, I'm not going to be returning to this franchise any time soon.

Place a mobile order shortly after Hurricane Milton. What I ordered was not available. While at the restaurant, I called customer service, and they set up a ticket to resolve my issue. Within a week, I got a call from the local manager who offered to resolve my issue locally. When I went to the local restaurant I was able to get my food replaced at no charge. Everyone was very accommodating

So at midnight I just got off of work, (10/20/2014) and my co worker and I decided to get something to eat, drive thru is only open. Not the issue. I wanted a biggie bag, samething I got last night. So I was trying to tell her what I wanted, now mind you I'm in the passenger and I'm yelling to the manager on duty. I wanted peach lemonade. I know you have it because I got it last night. Now I don't get how your employees don't realize minutemaid is lemonade. And you all act stupid when i ask for it. We sell the same drinks in my work. Well she for some reason thought we was playing a joke on her and she refused to finish taking our order. And had the nerve to say "bye." I don't know what kind of business you are running over there but that's not how you treat customers. I work in a restaurant. I could never treat a customer like that. No one was goofing on the lady. It's not my fault your employees don't know your products. I think you need to retrain your managers or whoever was working at 12:20 am tonight. So we went to McDonald's and it was delicious. And I know you all don't care but I think I rather eat there from now on. You just lost a customer. This place is a joke. You all need to shut this place down

Everytime we order here the lady that runs the window is rude and always mad about something! Had some car troubles so I ordered through Uber eats and had 2 drivers drop my order bc of her making them park and then servicing 5+ cars or more while ignoring the driver picking up the order

I ordered a Jr baconnator. Look online 4 FULL STRIPS. this is what I got and it took 10 minutes. People were yelling. Man. It's not that hard. I put a puck of what I hot off the burger and a pack from Walmart. You decide and they charged 14 dollars. Never again you blew it wendys.
