Went back to have my order remade because the grilled chicken wrap I ordered wasn’t even in a wrap it looked like a square then this lady at the front w blue hair had some awful things to say cause I wanted the wrap to be made properly talking about this ain’t chipotle and she don’t how to wrap , I think this lady needs to retrained how to provide customer service and to be taught to wrap a wrap when it doesn’t even take rocket science to provide either or , or honestly I’d say fire the junkie

Worst customer service. Got hung up on because they didn’t want to fix an order they got wrong. They all hate their jobs, don’t take it out on the people who pay money to get food there. Absolutely ridiculous. Seriously the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Disgustingly dirty inside, never drinks in the machine, no clean tables. Needs a manager that actually cares. I never leave bad reviews but the way they run this Wendy’s is just not okay.

This place is an absolute drama fest. Employees have more time on their hands to discuss relationship problems/ than they do to make food or clean up this dirty establishment.

My husband was so hungry and ask for Wendy’s I said not at this time my love. We arrived to the drive through and they took for ever to answer, the service at the window was the worse, there was no lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. No welcome No smile No thank you. Never again!

Ordered through Ubereats and normally we get orders from the location on Hancock but this location took this order or this was the one available at the time. Our order arrived and we were missing a sandwich. Uber refunded the sandwich but then we were eating and I found a hair in one order of fries and in the frosty that was in the kids meal. I tried to contact Uber and they wouldn’t do anymore refunds because they had already refunded the missing sandwich. Really disgusting and completely killed my appetite.

I can’t say enough good things about Brandy at the Wendy’s in North Fort Myers! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She was friendly, attentive, and truly cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and Brandy absolutely does!
She made sure my order was perfect and even checked in to see if I needed anything else. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my visit stand out. Wendy’s is lucky to have her, and she definitely deserves a raise!
If you’re stopping by this location, look for Brandy—she’ll take great care of you!
It's late to sign outside says it closes at 1:00 a.m. however I've been in the drive-thru waiting for somebody to take my order because it was before 1:00. However nobody answered and they saw me drive around and still nobody answered. If you advertise that you're going to be open at a certain time then you should stay open until that time

Absolutely ridiculous. I guess they don't realize that the people who are delivering their food who work for doordash and Uber aren't getting paid if they're sitting in line for 20 minutes waiting for one sandwich. Poor excuse for a fast food place. I waited for almost 25 minutes for one sandwich that I was being paid $3 to deliver.. losers.
