Drive through attendant was atrocious. Very rude, no cars in front of me but it took 10 minutes to take my order. Then I tried to add an item to my order before I paid at the window and the attendant refused to o add food for me my boyfriend had to go inside. I will stick with McDonald's from now on

This location needs to be shut down. Everyone working at this location is consistently dim-witted and slow. Scanner and mobile app never works. Takes 15 mins to get your order with one car in front of you, only for them to get your order wrong. Not eating at Wendy's again, they've had enough chances

Facility needs updated. Ian was many years ago. Burgers were the size of sliders. Employees try hard but it seems that there is never enough help. Tables go unwiped. Ceiling tile need replaced. Ice & soda machine tends to run out.

Got the completely wrong burger for mine and for the other burger ask no onions and it was loaded with it. How to you mess up the main part of the meal completely? Smh
Edit: couldnt even put the extra chives i asked for on my baked potato and also got no sour cream or butter that i asked 2 of each, starting to think these people are just lazy junkies that want an easy check without doing the bare minimum for the customer. Everytime i come here theirs multiple issues its honestly sad, retrain or fire please 🙏 i graduated from Profesional culinary and can do what they do dam near blind folded yet they screw it up 😭

Went back to have my order remade because the grilled chicken wrap I ordered wasn’t even in a wrap it looked like a square then this lady at the front w blue hair had some awful things to say cause I wanted the wrap to be made properly talking about this ain’t chipotle and she don’t how to wrap , I think this lady needs to retrained how to provide customer service and to be taught to wrap a wrap when it doesn’t even take rocket science to provide either or , or honestly I’d say fire the junkie
