Highly recommend this Burger King location! It’s the real deal, and it’s all thanks to the amazing manager!
I came in for a quick meal but made the mistake of bringing my friend, Melissa. She’s “that customer”: comes armed with coupons, special requests, and annoying demands. Somehow, the manager handled everything like a pro! She made sure her drink had just enough ice, made sure her fries were extra crispy, and triple-checked that her Whopper was exactly how she wanted it.
The food was great, but the service was even better. The manager was so helpful and friendly, they turned a simple fast-food trip into a five-star experience. I’d be shocked if this manager isn’t eventually promoted to Burger Queen.

I used to go to this Bk before when I lived in Miami! Until a year before I left, it started to get really bad! Terrible food and worse customer service. But today I returned and everything was perfect, the customer service was the best, so much so that I asked the name of the girl who helped me to take the time to do a review, something I don't usually do, thank you Gleidys, your kindness speaks very good of you.

I'm not much of a fast food person! But I love this BK, everything is always very fresh, the service is fast and most importantly, they are super friendly, something that we have already lost over time. I only give them 5 stars because I can't give them more.

The employees did not seem at all in a hurry to serve and work. At least 30 minutes to be served even though there were only 2 people with us. The lady who made the burgers would start making burgers on the counter, go back for a few minutes and come back to continue. When the burgers were ready Well then we had to make fries..... One side of the burgers almost nothing, the other half dripping with mayo.... Last time I go there. Terrible service.

A Nice Guy
I'm sick and tired of this Florida thing where people that are regulars or known get priority/served first. Waited more than an hour on the drive thru while I saw people getting off their cars and getting their food right away and leaving non stop
This Burger King is absolutely my favorite BK. This store exudes friendliness, and warm smiles. Everytime I come here, the vibe is always immaculate. The store is always clean, and it smells nice too. The workers are very friendly and anytime there's an issue, which is rare for me, we always get it figured out. I treat them like humans, as they do I and I've never received any attitude either. As a customer I understand to be respectful. Therefore, no issues! I do have to say tho, the manager there, Patricia, is def the reason is runs so smoothly. She seems to be on top of everything. I have run stores before, I know it's not a piece of cake. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers. And all her managers and employees do the same. I've rarely had issues with this BK. I really do love coming here. The new sandwiches are bomb too! I bring my family here alot as well, and again, the workers go above and beyond. Alisha is one of my favorites. She's usually there when I come for food. Shes always so nice! And she's very nice to my kids as well. Which is a plus. When I'm there, I am King. I get a crown, and am told I rule too. Which is awesome. All in all, the best BK I have EVER been too. These workers need a raise! BK, you rule! Give them a pizza party or something corporate office! Immaculate service all around! 👑 👑 👑 👑 **Edit** also wanted to say the reason this BK stands apart from the others, is simply because it's exactly what you want from a fast food place. Hot, fast, fresh food. Warm friendly smiles. The fact that they go the extra mile sets them apart. Again, Patricia is truly great.. she makes this store. Maybe give her a little promo too👀 this lady deserves it!
