Let's start off by saying that it's been over 2 months, and they still can't give you a receipt. You are going to always have to check your food if you're in the drive through, please go inside and still have to make sure that you have all your food. They are only nice when you take out your phone and they see that you're doing the active review.

I don't know how anyone can work there.The other days I was there and a Spanish guy with glasses was talking down to the employees like they were slaves not only that the bathroom is dirty every time and natz flying around while eating really unhealthy also not only that the Spanish lady manager is always in the office. But I would only go there on the weekends at night because the crew at that time really nice and respectful. I really don't know how anyone would work when being treated like slaves.
I placed an online order. Jenny provided exceptional service and was very quick to resolve all of my concerns. I am very satisfied with my experience. I'll definitely be returning to this location!!

I dont usually leave reviews but this time i wish to, because this restaurant deserves it. I want to thank Jenny for her great customer services she is so nice and attentive is just the way she speak is so profesional and very loving and caring person you can tell from the begining when she welcomes you to BK that she cares for her customers. I dont know what it is. Every morning i come to get the same order and she already knows who i am and i hear her happy voice and she is very attentive and patient when you are speaking to her. I love her vibe and how fast she is and gives out fresh food. She is the type of person that if you having a bad day she makes you feel happy and giving the right order and fresh food already makes you happy, makes you feel welcome. Not like others you pull to the window they look miserable, mad and just throw your food out the window and cold. They just dont care. I love the fact they have this young women there they need more professional people like her. I will always look for her when i come to that BK. I recommend this BK specially if she is there ! You will have a great experience when she is there. Thank you Jenny !

I’m honestly appalled by my visit to this Burger King. The manager I don’t know she was Hispanic and short big was unbelievably rude and had no concept of basic customer service. To make matters worse, the store was absolutely disgusting. The tables were filthy, the floors were trashy all over, and the general atmosphere was just unappetizing. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location, and I can't understand how they’re allowed to operate like this. Also, one of the employees brought their kids to work, and it was clear they were not being supervised. The children were running around, making a mess, and it honestly felt more like a daycare than a fast food restaurant. It’s unprofessional and totally inappropriate to have children in the workplace like that, especially when it affects the cleanliness and atmosphere of the store.
I’m beyond disappointed and will not be returning. If you want a fast food experience that includes decent service and a clean environment, I suggest you avoid this Burger King at all costs.

Highly recommend this Burger King location! It’s the real deal, and it’s all thanks to the amazing manager!
I came in for a quick meal but made the mistake of bringing my friend, Melissa. She’s “that customer”: comes armed with coupons, special requests, and annoying demands. Somehow, the manager handled everything like a pro! She made sure her drink had just enough ice, made sure her fries were extra crispy, and triple-checked that her Whopper was exactly how she wanted it.
The food was great, but the service was even better. The manager was so helpful and friendly, they turned a simple fast-food trip into a five-star experience. I’d be shocked if this manager isn’t eventually promoted to Burger Queen.
This place needs a new staff.
