Fries was cold ash , and the young lady name India was high on the job

Wanting to try for years. Why did I wait so long? Old School was very good ,with a side of cheese and bacon fries. Will return.

I felt disrespected as I did not want to go out for fast food however, I did because of my children and wish I stayed home with my first mind to avoid dealing with cross fires because my anxiety was pumping as Im sitting waiting.. As I ordered my food from the drive thru intercom once pulled around a car had skipped the line that was in front of me and behind the car that was in first of me after placing their order from the intercom.. If it was not an already placed order from Online Uber eats or Doordash the car should of been advised to come inside to place their order or drive back around in the line.. As sitting their annoyed FOOD was handed out the window uncertain if its your placed order or not (cross contamination) as people searching in your bags knowing they skipped the line who knows back in the window it goes ?Charley's not cheap my order was $35 plus (#122).. I feel their was no value for the customers in line who placed their order by driving thru not an skip around as I sit behind this car they then parked them after 5 mins felt more I was soon to pull off and go else where ( I knew my son wanted food so I sucked it up and when got to the window addressed it that the car skipped the line only to hear (I KNOW IT) ?and it was nothing much to be said I should have asked for a manger because at this point I did not want the order however, still paid for it ).. This kind of fast food malpractice is not a good one because you could truly causeand effect problems by handing out others food to hand to them afterwards this is a health hazard?... Staying quality committed over years has failed company values. This should be a no no because this unethical behavior almost became a lost❌️

I was quite surprised with this place! We went there just to get something "chicken-ish" and my husband got a regular Philly Cheese Steak and I got 10 classic wings, 5 garlic parm and 5 lemon pepper. You know, this wasn't bad at all! The wings were just perfect and the fries were better than Wendy's! My husband said the price per wing was less than other places we've been to. We'll definitely come back here!

My 1st time dining 1 was a positive impression. The nice gal that took my order was patient and provided feedback on their menu, provided a small sample with 3 fries their mango habanero sauce. I ordered their honey spicy wings with the bones in them. Both the wings and their fries are delicious.. I wish they had signs on the back of their building as I donate plasma on the other side of the lot at Octapharma and wasn't able to tell what restaurant it was. I highly suggested to the young lady who took my order to see if the city or Broward County would grant this business approval of signage as they have for McDonalds next door. I think that's fair so they also have equal opportunity to allow the general public to know what place of business is here from the back view and not just McDonald's.

Buyer beware!!! They ask you at the counter when ordering if you want to make your combo order a large for $1.00 more. What this equates to is just merely a large soda. I was under the impression that I would also recieve a large order of fries as well. So to break it down for you. You pay an extra dollar for a drink that you can refill for free in the restaurant. Having worked in the restaurant biz for a long time and knowing the cost of a soda it’s about .02 cents in product. That’s a nice profit margin you are making on an up charge. Not a good way to cheat your customers, SHAME ON YOU!!! Needless to say skip the upcharge on the combo meal. It’s a ripoff!!! In an already overpriced cheesteak!

I asked for a simple Gourmet fry and the cook just messed up my whole order I had to get a refund. I also had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the refund because the so-called manager was not in. Oh yeah the little Hispanic girl with the clear glasses was rude like she didn't want to work.

McDonald's next door closes their doors early. Apparently they don't want my business. Got food at Charley's next door and not only were they open, but their staff is friendlier and the food is better.
