I was quite surprised with this place! We went there just to get something "chicken-ish" and my husband got a regular Philly Cheese Steak and I got 10 classic wings, 5 garlic parm and 5 lemon pepper. You know, this wasn't bad at all! The wings were just perfect and the fries were better than Wendy's! My husband said the price per wing was less than other places we've been to. We'll definitely come back here!

My 1st time dining 1 was a positive impression. The nice gal that took my order was patient and provided feedback on their menu, provided a small sample with 3 fries their mango habanero sauce. I ordered their honey spicy wings with the bones in them. Both the wings and their fries are delicious.. I wish they had signs on the back of their building as I donate plasma on the other side of the lot at Octapharma and wasn't able to tell what restaurant it was. I highly suggested to the young lady who took my order to see if the city or Broward County would grant this business approval of signage as they have for McDonalds next door. I think that's fair so they also have equal opportunity to allow the general public to know what place of business is here from the back view and not just McDonald's.

Buyer beware!!! They ask you at the counter when ordering if you want to make your combo order a large for $1.00 more. What this equates to is just merely a large soda. I was under the impression that I would also recieve a large order of fries as well. So to break it down for you. You pay an extra dollar for a drink that you can refill for free in the restaurant. Having worked in the restaurant biz for a long time and knowing the cost of a soda it’s about .02 cents in product. That’s a nice profit margin you are making on an up charge. Not a good way to cheat your customers, SHAME ON YOU!!! Needless to say skip the upcharge on the combo meal. It’s a ripoff!!! In an already overpriced cheesteak!

Loved the swift and pleasant service! The restaurant was busy but moved quickly; was also clean. I really enjoyed the food as I was starving from running errands all day. Thank God this restaurant is located in a Plaza amongst other businesses where it was convenient for me pickup on my way home.

I asked for a simple Gourmet fry and the cook just messed up my whole order I had to get a refund. I also had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the refund because the so-called manager was not in. Oh yeah the little Hispanic girl with the clear glasses was rude like she didn't want to work.

Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak combo. It arrived quickly, fresh, hot and tasty. Fries were also fresh and hot. Service was efficient and friendly, not rushed. Establishment was clean and tables cleared and cleaned when vacated. I'll visit again when in the area.

McDonald's next door closes their doors early. Apparently they don't want my business. Got food at Charley's next door and not only were they open, but their staff is friendlier and the food is better.
Jesus this new Parmesan peppercorn cheesesteak with extra cheese and extra lettuce is absolutely amazing. I was a little skeptical with everything that was on it but My God it was amazing. I would get extra crispy onions next time because they added the perfect crunch and texture. I am still in awe this sandwich is amazing. Must try...thank me later

You guys are great! The food portion, on the other hand, looks like you're short in inventory. Charlie's is one of my favorite food spots. I ate it so much ? ? while I was pregnant with my son during lunch at the mall. He even loves it now. He's 14 years old now. I like coming to this spot because of the drive-thru, but come on! The food (fries) portion?! I paid $14 for one meal. I left feeling betrayed. You guys have done this in the past with my subs. It looks like I will have order my subs or wings only going forward.

It’s new, clean and employees are very friendly and there is a drive thru. My first time trying Charley’s and I am impressed! The food is fresh, for example you can see the guy preparing the tomatoes and lettuce in the back. I got the cookies and cream shake and 10 wings. But my biggest surprise was their amazing fries even if it was plain it was delicious and I eat it without catchup No sauce. Thick but soft and melt in your mouth. Great food and price is fair. Will come back for sure.

Great customer service! this is lacking in so many fast food establishments. Food was fresh and I got my order within 5 minutes after I placed my order. I ordered a Chicken California and a Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. I enjoyed my sandwich, the lettuce was very fresh, bread tasted as if it was freshly baked. I applaud this location- inside very clean and maintained.
