TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Me and my husband came to order food and they were already out of the rice we wanted but it’s okay it’s not a big deal, we get another type of rice and we proceed to order our food.. a minute later she just walks off on us ignoring us for more than 5 minutes!! We were over charged we were ignored!! When we asked for a refund she said no because she walked out the store we were inside still with the door opened till we realized to were over charged never going there ever again. ALSO I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY PUT IN THEIR FOOD BUT ITS HORRIBLE I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM RIGHT AFTER!!

Trash customer service. I had a Groupon, went to the restaurant and redeemed it in front of the cashier. After I redeemed it he says “I don’t know how that works”, okay no problem he calls his father. The father says “I can’t do anything with it unless you print it”. Mind you I’m there to pick up the food and have redeemed the offer. Then proceeds to ignore me like I’m not there!!! I had no problem paying for the full price and just contacting Groupon later but the fact that I was disregarded like that did not make me feel good at all and if I had bought the food I would have felt bamboozled. I wouldn’t go here again just for that fact. When you love what you do it shows and I don’t believe that food would have done any justice to me. So I considered it a win and dodging the bullet.

First time calling this restaurant. I ask what food do they have available, the lady told me the meat options. I ask her for a ragou and before I can say another word she said ok and hung up. Of course I call back to ask what is comes with , plantains, rice, cornmeal. With a attitude she start shouting we don't serve rice in the morning and that's only for lunch. Well how am I suppose to know this my first time calling this restaurant. This restaurant need some customer service, because this is not how you talk to people. Now you lost a possible future customer, and I will not never refer anyone to this place. You get one first expression from me. I should of known once my call was answered and my good morning was ignored.
Best Haitian food in Broward! Well decorated location, great service and hospitality and the food is amazing. Highly recommended

Their service destroyed my taste for this restaurant. Sad to say. I was giving several strong signals like I wasn't welcome. I'm not saying they racist but I don't have to speak creole to know bad energy. I went from bragging about this place word of mouth to writing a post about the service. There is always another restaurant.

I take pride on supporting small business for food especially black owned. My first time here was for poetry event, I ordered food and it was fire. My second time however was the first time having customer service. I felt very unwelcome and discriminated. Plus I found out I was charged for the wrong order after I got home. Killed my whole appetite
