I can't put no stars this service store is the worse I order my food at 531pm said it would be ready at 630pm went to the store waited until 714pm they kept ignoring my husband when he went to ask at 730pm an employee said Tobe honest were JUST NOW GOING TO DO YOUR ORDER like wth almost 3 hrs for pizza very unprofessional.

First off, a huge thanks to the manager Fernando! He & his employees are very welcoming & on top of their game!**Politely discuss your frustrations with the Team if you have any complaints & govern yourselves accordingly as everyone makes mistakes. Screaming & flooding the reviews with a 1⭐️ gets you nowhere friends**02/02- I recently had an order complication where I waited over an hour for my delivery by the driver. I noticed the Completed Order status on the Tracker after she drove by my house & drove away. I was beyond agitated by the loss of my cousin's $38.00 purchase. The next day we stopped in & calmly explained our frustration to the manager Fernando. He was very apathetic about our situation & unfortunately knew who "completed" our order. Whilr patiently awaiting a resolution, Fernando would assist with carryout orders. When a customer had a complaint he politely offered a compensation to alleviate their stress. In the end, my cousin received a full refund & we are more than happy ordering from here again. As for the aforementioned deliverer described by the Team as "notorious for not completing orders", fire her & hire someone new.??Thank you again Fernando & Team for continuing to put up with us & our hectic ticket flow!!??
The manager Fernando or at store 7118 was horrible the send me the wrong food he didn't let me finish the website was having issues I ordered a handmade pand they sent me a hand toast pizza he was very rude he talk over me the pizza tast like feet I ask him for exchange he didn't exchange it they care more about the money than there customers every bite take it sound like I was eating a sand please don't go in dominos or go to order location they suck at everythingParking: No parking place

Been waiting more than 2 hours for my order, still havent gotten the notificationto pick up my order. App still says that they're preping the pizza. There's a line of people waiting for their orders and only one person cooking. Tried calling but am left on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up.

Employees should really use gloves when handling money or when making food. I came in to pick up my order and the young gentleman was making a pizza with his bare hands, then came to Check me out without washing his hands. He took the money, I'm pretty he didn't wash his hand

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE ALWAYS SHORT HANDED, ORDERED ON THE PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME 15 MIN, WHEN I GOT THERE THE PLACE WAS FULL OF PEOPLE FRUSTRATED ABOUT THE WAIT ALSO, THEY HAD ME WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER THE 15 MIN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE, THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON PREPARING THE PIZZA, AND WHEN I GOT MY PIZZA FINALLY THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER, NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION
