Ordered my sweet black pepper Crossaint with yellow cheese and I received a cold sandwich with the wrong cheese and no sweet black pepper bacon, hash browns tasted freezer burnt and my bf sandwich was cold too . I’m usually a regular but the past couple of times I’ve gone it they been messing up my orders . Lady at the window was laughing the whole time not paying attention

Bought a Md StrawDrgn Rfshr and it was horrible. 90% green tea which had no taste this drink is worst i ever had. The server was very unpleasant. This is not my first time at this location and every time it's a disappointment but i said this time i need to do a review as it the worst experience.

I'm changing my 5 star review to 1 star. This was my favorite DD. But unfortunately it's horrible now. 4/18/25 is my last time shopping at this location.... It's all young kids that don't like to work or just don't care.... I used to go to the drive-through, but the orders were never done properly, so we ended up having to go inside every time. There was 1 young female that no longer works there, and she was FANTASTIC and always did her Job very well- I would TIP her for her outstanding service.... She hasn't been there for a while and its getting worse and worse.... The only DD worse than this DD is the store on Sample off Powerline.

The manager her name is Amanada she is very rude, the donuts were hard and had a bug on there, I ordered a bacon & egg wake up wrap my food was frozen and disgusted i’m very disappointed with this establishment. The manager Amanada had an attitude towards me when I returned my food & this left a bad taste in my mouth I will never eat from here AGAIN!!!
