Hook Fish And Chicken

I was thrown off by my food today. I don’t eat hooks typically but i just felt for it today. It’s almost as if they gave me an old order and just reheated it. My fries were hard as ever and tasted old, and my wings were pink inside. Terrible. Threw the whole entire thing away

I must say this place wasn't so bad. I mean the place could use a little updating, but it surely does not effect how good the food was. I got some scrumptious jumbo shrimp 🍤 that was the bomb, and a snapper filet of fish. It was seasoned just right. I really enjoyed my food 😋. Kudos 👏🏽 to you guys, thanks 😊..

It's been awhile since I been to this hooks and when I finally came back I ordered chicken and the chicken taste horrible. The chicken taste funny like it was undercooked but it was fully cooked. I don't know if they went to a new manufacturer but the chicken tastes nasty. Fix it Hooks!

You call and order 15 minutes ahead of time because you are busy and you know their food is made to order. You walk in and provide them with the order number that they provided to you over the phone, and that's when they actually decide to start cooking your order. You realized that you just wasted all of that time and question the point of them even doing phone orders..

If you want terrific food, great prices, and large portions look no further than this Hooks Fish and Chicken in Nort Lauderdale. The owners are funny terrific guys with a great staff that truly cares about their customers. Every fish platter I ve tried so far was delicious including the conch and they are as good as any restaurant quality food yet at fast food prices and service. I plan to try every fish platter and replace this healthier and way more delicious food over Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Checkers etc. - Eddie

First time eating here and the food was horrible felt like I was eating left overs chicken wasn’t fresh at all food was cold when I picked it up. I will continue to go to Hooks on sunrise and sunset strip food is always fresh hot and delicious. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog.

I ordered online at this location. When I got there they said all the online orderes were being routed to a store about 15/20 minutes away. The clerk did not offer any type of resolution or a refund. They taking people money.

I ordered a $21.00 catfish wings and fries the catfish has absolutely no flavor the wings are hard and flavorless she asked me if I wanted lemon pepper powder there was more on the fries then fish and wings fries are soggy after 3 minute drive. Gave me bread with seeds and I'm allergic to seeds!!! This is the worst hooks of the 3 in Broward county!!
