If you want terrific food, great prices, and large portions look no further than this Hooks Fish and Chicken in Nort Lauderdale. The owners are funny terrific guys with a great staff that truly cares about their customers. Every fish platter I ve tried so far was delicious including the conch and they are as good as any restaurant quality food yet at fast food prices and service. I plan to try every fish platter and replace this healthier and way more delicious food over Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Checkers etc. - Eddie

First time eating here and the food was horrible felt like I was eating left overs chicken wasn’t fresh at all food was cold when I picked it up. I will continue to go to Hooks on sunrise and sunset strip food is always fresh hot and delicious. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog.

I ordered online at this location. When I got there they said all the online orderes were being routed to a store about 15/20 minutes away. The clerk did not offer any type of resolution or a refund. They taking people money.

Normally good. Something seemed off this time. Asked if I wanted seasoning. Didn't give me bread or coleslaw. Even the tarter sauce was different which I didn't like. Are they under new management??

I ordered a $21.00 catfish wings and fries the catfish has absolutely no flavor the wings are hard and flavorless she asked me if I wanted lemon pepper powder there was more on the fries then fish and wings fries are soggy after 3 minute drive. Gave me bread with seeds and I'm allergic to seeds!!! This is the worst hooks of the 3 in Broward county!! That shit was gross, literally just box pudding bought from the store. Not sweet at all
No bananas, no flavor and only two cookies in it. ??
The food was good, the shrimp was delicious.
I got mango habanero and it was not spicy at all but sweet instead.

My food was cold and tasted old. My chicken wings and snapper were cold! We waited approximately fifteen minutes before we got assistance. There was only one person working. I seldom eat out anymore and this is the reason why, horrible customer service and terrible food. The french fries were hard I believe this is due to them precooking the fries and chicken. Meaning they cook the fries and then dip them again in hot grease before you get your food which then makes them hard...Never again.

ion typically leave reviews but the only edible thing i could eat was the fries and red velvet cake. the catfish was either spoiled or uncooked cause it was soft and smelled fishy. you could literally smell it when you opened the bag, i get catfish from here all the time, i can’t believe they gave me that fr.

I dislike how they only make wings and fries after a certain time. If the fryers are on already, why can’t they just keep fish on the menu also.

So I’m highly disappointed in my order tonight. Got wings and fries and as I’m eating I noticed a clasp from a bracelet was in my food. Definitely turned me off from this restaurant and don’t think I’ll be ordering from there ever again.
